Village At Worthington Green

I have never rented anywhere before where I have to take care of my own patio. But I am told.. if my patio had grass (like all my other neighbors do) the landscaping company would mow inside my patio. After bringing this to the attention of the leasing office management, I received a quote for $400.00 for grass installation. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease. This is a great community to live at. It's got a great neighborhood feel and the office staff is super friendly! I loved the ranch style floorplans (it was so nice not having neighbors above you or below and not having any stairs to go up and down). The one bedroom is huge by most apartment standards (874sq. feet). It's got a great attic storage space and they all have adorable little patio areas out front. The patios are a nice size for a grill and a patio set. I really loved being able to plant a little garden out front. The rent isn't low or high but a nice medium range and I think they offer specials throughout the year. I really miss living there!
