Victory Limousine Service

HORRIBLE! \r \r Given the choice between walking and calling victory, walk. I have twice been stupid enough to call Victory. Both times I called for a ride to either the airport or Amtrak in order to meet a departure times. Both times, no one showed up. When I called back, I was told that 'It can take up to 30 minutes' (!?). When I tried to work with the horrible dispatcher to see if someone might be nearby, she simply hung up. When I called back again, she told me she had recorded my conversations (which, although I didn't say anything inflammatory, is illegal to do without notification in PA as a two-party consent state). \r \r They also seem to have no familiarity with Philadelphia. The dispatched once told me that my location four blocks south of Rittenhouse was 'in the heart of South Philly' \r \r This time I was ended up jogging down Lombard in a suit until I found a real cab.\r \r People need to stop giving these incompetent operators their business so that they can go out of business. more

Last week I attended my friends wedding was awsome. The limo's were very nice and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone look for a top limo company in pa. more

Last month, I reviewed Germantown Taxi as the worst ever taxi company.\r \r Well there is always worst one in this world.\r The woman on the phone said it would be in 1 hour, never came true. 1 hour and 15 mins later I called back, she said she was very busy and start arrnging that from THEN.\r 2 hours later, we called again, she recognized my phone # and hung up 5 times. I used my husband's phone and finally she picked up the phone. When I asked where was the cab, she said, "" You are screaming at me! You are so rude!"", Firstable, I wasn't screaming at all, or rather very calm because of anger.\r She kept saying something like that until I suggested that I talk with supervisor about her future.\r \r One of the worst.\r Never use this company. more

I had the worst encounter with Liberty Cab Service that left me stranded in the dark in a city I am new to. After waiting for Liberty for 45 minutes in the dark on a corner the rude dispatcher informed me the location did not exist. I had to find another company and I came across Victory Cab Co., I gave the same information of my location and within 15 minutes Victory had arrived. I didn't notice if the cab was clean or not because I was freezing and just wanting to get to my destination. The dispatcher and driver was friendly and I arrived safely! Thank you Victory Cab Service for picking up the ball that was dropped by Liberty Cab Service. more

Do not use these people. The limousine is an old filthy car that is unwashed. The inside is disgusting with broken glass on the floor.\r They were hard to find at the airport and I had to make two calls to connect with the driver. Upon pick-up for return trip, they were late. In short: It was an Impeccable Experience with GREAT Customer Service.\r \r Long Version: My fiance and I were headed into Philly for New Years Eve and knew what a hassle it would be to get in and out of the city that busy night. So we called around and were quoted several prices that evening. I had told the agent at the company that I may call her back later. When I did call back, she remembered my name and the information I told her which meant alot.So we decided to go with Victory Limo for the ride in and we figured we would hail a cab on the way back. Let me tell you honestly, that was the smoothest and nicest ride into the city I have ever had. The driver was calm, polite, and drove extremely well. We felt like a friend was driving us in. City driving is crazy too and on the way back- after waiting an hour for the cab, the taxi driver barely spoke English and was yelling at people to get the heck out of his way and cursing, as most know what it is like to be in a taxi cab in the city. Nothing like the ride in.The ride into the city was so pleasant that we wished we had hired them for the ride home too.
