Victoria's Cake Cottage Needs Baking Lessons 11/20/2011

I was at a friend's wedding this summer and they used Victoria's Cake Cottage for their wedding cake... BIG MISTAKE! First of all, the cake didn't taste good at all. It had a very weird (almost cream cheese) taste to it. I remember biting into the cake and thinking, ""ew""... obviously not the goal of a wedding cake. Other guests of the wedding that I talked to at our table had the same kind of feedback. The cake didn't even look professionally done. I thought the icing on it was very amateurish and the cake actually appeared to be a bit lopsided... Maybe this was the kind of cake the bride and groom wanted (we decided not to bring it up because it was their special day), but I highly doubt it. My advice: choose another cake maker for your special day. more

It is frustrating when liberals try to force their morals down the throats of others. If someone has a conviction against homosexuality then quit trying to force them to believe as you do. Why must you try to force your lack of morality on those that are trying to live moral lives? Go get you cake made somewhere else! more

Why is it that you expect everyone to accept your beliefs and liftstyle but you do not have to respect and accept theirs? You have the right to select a baker to make your cake and they have the right to select their customers, so move on! Instead you have to alert the media and try to organize a boycott to destroy their business. Who is being hateful and Un-Christian? Now, thanks to you, Victorias business will be booming. Got to go, I have a cake to order. more

What Victoria Childress did in denying a cake to two loving, commited lesbians is shameful. Victoria calls herself Christian? I am ashamed to be called Christian when it includes such hatedul, Un-Christian people as Victoria Childress. I cannot even begin to understand the spitefulness and cruelty of Ms. Childress. She literally ""takes the cake"" when it comes to bigotry and hatred. What she has done will be punished in this world and the next, and I hope her business quickly fails. more

Worst cake ever 11/14/2011

This cake was dry and not as flavorful as cake I recently purchased from a nearby bakery. Beyond that, the customer service was brusque and borderline rude, like I was interrupting. more
