Wonderful First Visit 11/19/2010

I'm sure many people can relate when I say...I have a terrible fear of the dentist! It had been awhile since my last dental appointment and I knew I was overdue for a lot of basic care that I had neglected for so long. When I walked into the lobby I was greeted with friendly staff, a relaxing environment, and people that were very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. My entire consultation and cleaning was a great experience and I am looking forward to working with the staff to achieve the smile I have always wanted. Cudos to a great dentist appointment! more

The BEST dental team in Atlanta! My girls grew up with Callicutt & Dayries. The entire staff made my girls HAPPY to go to the dentist! My kids are now adults and they have great dental hygiene. They are very professional and they LISTEN to your concerns and comments. My girls and I have been with them for 15 years. more

multiple surface fillings replaced and crown 11/10/2010

I have mulitple family members in the dental industry and since my family and I no longer live in our hometown, we had to find a dentist in GA. Dr. Dayries is the most understanding, patient doctor. She is very thorough. I had a lot of work done this morning and she made sure I was comfortable and was constantly checking that she was on time (considering other patience as well as myself). I recommend her to everyone I know. Finding a dentist is easy....finding a GREAT dentist, is not. Make your appointment, Dr. Amy Dayries is GREAT! Thank you! more

Speechless 11/1/2010

I am absolutely speechless at the level of service I received at Dr. Callicutt & Dayries office today! I had to bring my 3 month old son with me and what could've been a complete nightmare was more like a spa experience for me! The whole staff pitched in and helped with the baby while I had a terrific dental experience. I am SOOOO thankful to them for making my day! more

Callicutt & Dayries is the best dental practice I have used in the 5 states in which I have lived! They are knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, capable, and always reachable in the event of an emergency. The office is serene and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. more

The cost of dental work should be explained to the client prior to fixing the issue. Reason, I had a crown put in never had one before and assumed it would cost about 500. Never thought to ask and when I received the bill it was over 1200. This was a shock to me. Obviously I had the money but after having intense work done on me and seeing the bill it left me uneasy. Also, I discovered through your automated announcement via the hold feature on your phone you provide an option to pay this bill on a no interest account. I would have preferred to have know of this information. This information is not easily known when you walk into your office. I just found out about it by accident and unfortunately after my bill was paid for. During these economic times, it would help to understand all of your options regarding cost and ways to lessen the impact of a big dental bill. more
