My fiancee and I had an awful experience with Vicki. The first time we went in it was wonderful, we well taken care of. But be warned, should you need to get a ring re-sized, a pave diamond replaced or return to the store for any reason, Vicki is a lose cannon. She changed her pricing from the time of I received the phone call telling me the ring was ready to my picking it up. She requested cash, saying it could help her save us money. When I didn't have the new inflated sum she refused to let me have my ring, she screamed at me in front of others browsing. I was mortified. I finally got her to agree to let me pay the remainder with my card, although I'm sure the new price was incorrect all her ""receipts"" were scraps of paper (but she had the ring for three weeks - i was desperate to get it back). The way Vicki flew off the handle was actually scary. I have never been treated so poorly, especially when I'm paying that much money. \r
I have never been back, I am scared to have a new jeweler look at the ring because I'm fairly sure we will discover that something about it is fake (mostly due to how quickly it's worn). Please do not make the same mistake we did. Being screamed at in public over an engagement ring does not exactly leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy.
