Awesome Brazillian Instructor 2/17/2010

Veronica takes her time in demonstrating and all the while explaining why she is doing what she is doing So patient in answering any questions you have before, during and even after the class. Waxing Made Tolerable 2/12/2010

I have been going to Veronica for my Brazilian waxes for about 2 years now and she is GREAT!! Prior to discovering her I had 3 different esthetitians but none made me feel as comfortable as Veronica has and she does an excellent job!! Strongly recommend her for Brazilian Virgins or Seasoned folks like myself. more

I don't need a mirror! 1/29/2010

I've been going to Veronica for a while for eyebrows, etc.. The good thing is it's like visiting a friend. While she's taking care of me we catch up on all the reality shows! And that's another good thing: she takes care of my skin. Sure, you can go to a nail place for waxing; but you can't go to a nail place for skin care. Why don't I need a mirror? Cause she does a perfect job every time!! more

SACRAMENTO'S BEST 1/13/2010

I have been going to Veronica for over 2 years. Facial are something I have always gotten. on a regular basis, and when the Esthetician I had been going to for 8 years just up and left town I searched out to find a new one. I finally found Veronica who accommodated me on a last minute appointment. I have been going to her ever since and finding her was a blessing in disguise. She is truly a knowledgeable esthetician. She knows her profession and how to keep the skin looking younger. She has done wonders keeping my 50 + skin looking fresh. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a GREAT ESTHETICIAN and an all around GREAT BUSINESS WOMEN. Pros: Convient Cons: Can't do them everyweek more

Professional Excellence 1/12/2010

Veronica is an artist. I have been seeing her for a year for my waxing needs (Brazilian and eyebrow). I was very nervous for my first visit however she made me feel comfortable almost immediately. \r She is friendly but professional and gets right down to business. Within a few visits you feel like long lost sisters. Her work is meticulous and your comfort is always a high priority. \r When I finally let her do my brows, I left looking a few years younger! Best wax of my life! 1/9/2010

I got my brazilian from Anti-double dipper Veronica for the first time today. First off, Veronica is incredibly sweet, and while being professional, makes you feel like you have known her forever at the same time. She completely makes you forget that you are half naked while she's working, and she gives you tips to reduce pain while she's doing it. Brazilians always hurt me so badly that I need a good amount of time to forget the trauma, but I rebooked for 4 weeks with Veronica, and am going to keep seeing her for good. It was the least painful experience I have ever had. What I really love is that she doesn't double dip the same stick back into her wax. so I know I'm not getting someone else's germs and diseases when I get waxed. What a comfort to know that my safety is her first priority! Go see Veronica! She's the best in town for sure. Thanks Veronica! Pros: Quick, less painful, and incredibly thorough Cons: None! more

Great Waxing Experience 11/18/2009

I was introduced to Veronica from a group of running friends. Today I am thankful for the referral! Although the drive is a bit longer than I would like, I have never thought about finding someone closer. Veronica is professional, fast, and takes an undesirable experience and turns it into a relaxing experience. The Best 9/4/2009

I have been going to Veronica for a little over a year now for all my waxing and facial services. I have very sensitive skin and have had problems with other waxing in the past - but never with Veronica. She has tailored the routine to my skin (using hard wax on the eyebrows) and she makes what could be a really unpleasant experience quick and (almost) painless. She makes me comfortable with her easy-going nature and friendly personality. I recommend her to all of my close friends and family, as there simply isn't anyone in Sacramento who provides such great service or such reasonable prices. Hands Down BEST Esthetician I've Ever Been To... 8/19/2009

Moving to a new city and leaving behind all my familiar salons I had to find someone to take care of my needs but I am very particular. When I heard about Veronica J and her outstanding reputation, I had to give her a try. Her facility was immaculate, cleanest place I'd ever been for a treatment. It felt warm and cozy, very down to Earth and comfortable. And Veronica, after only about 5 minutes of talking to her, I felt like I'd know her for years!! She was so personable and relatable, we chatted while she worked and everything felt right. Veronica did a remarkable job, painless and completely satisfactory. She was so knowledgeable about all of her services, products, and after care. Outstanding Wedding Make-Up 8/14/2009

I was a little nervous about getting my make-up done for my wedding, but Veronica made me feel at ease after doing a few trial sessions with me to make sure we had it just perfect. I have been a patron of Veronica's for many years. She does an amazing job with facials, brows and brazillians. She also recently did my bridal make-up. She conducted a trial make-up session, as well as a oxygen facial prior to the wedding, and the day of, she arrived at the venue before even I did (yes, she is prompt) :) She did an amazing job with my make-up. My husband said that it was hard to hold back the tears when he saw how beautiful I looked. If anyone is looking for a good facial, wax or event make-up I would highly recommend Veronica! :) Pros: Wonderful variety of services, and great technique Cons: n/a more

Veronica J is professional, friendly, and does a great job. She is a perfectionist - going after that last eyebrow hair so that it is the best it could be. She keeps me at ease, no matter what, and remembers me and what my plans had been the last time i was there. I will often come in and she immediately asks how my vacation was, or a trip I took, or something going on with my family. She makes me feel like she really is paying attention to me and what i need. I would recommend her to anyone! And i am completely happy with everything she does. more

I went to Veronica when I wanted to have a brazilian wax for the first time. I was nervous about who would be doing it, in fear I would be judged. I sent an email to Veronica first to feel her out...she was amazing. She wrote back to me immediately, and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. \r When I went to her salon, she was extremely friendly and personable. She made me feel very comfortable.\r Veronica did an amazing wax job, and I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else for waxing services.\r I recommend Veronica very highly. more

So I found Veronica here online by reading reviews, I had really bad eyebrows...too much plucking and no shape. I finally broke down and looked for someone to be my eye brow person, and I knew it would be a little more costly. However, its worth the price. She is fast, friendly and does a great gob. Listen to exactly how you want them...which some people never do. more

Veronica is absolutely the BEST waxing and skin care professional in Sacramento! As a professional belly dancer, I perform weekly at restaurants and for private parties and public events, so my appearance is very important to me. That is why I only trust Veronica with my skin care and waxing needs. Her studio is warm, chic and inviting, with attention paid to interior decorating details and sensory pleasures, such as scented candles potpourri. She is a perfectionist with my eyebrows (which I always get complimented on) and her facials will leave your skin glowing. Veronica also has achieved the impossible: a flawless Brazilian bikini wax that takes about 20 minutes or less. I remember the first time I came to her, and she did a perfect job on my eyebrows and bikini wax, but the best part was I was in, out and in my car in just under an hour. Perfect if you're short on time! more
