Matt and David provided competent, professional service in their install of a complete new heat pump. When they ran into challenges they worked them out efficiently but took their time to assure that everything was accomplished properly. David informed me of potential rodent problems in the crawl space and even took steps to close off a potential ingress site. Matt was very thorough in explaining the mechanics of the heat pump, how to clean the various filters, and helped set up the thermostat.
I am impressed with the job they both did and with the office staff who answered all my questions on a timely basis.
