At last, a dentist that doesn't pile on unneeded services or charges. I was told by my previous dentist that I had seven captives, and needed a full mouth 4 quadrant deep cleaning deep cleaning, costing over $1500.00. Turns out I only needed 2 small cavities filed and no deep cleaning. I would say that you should come to Dr. Vanover for a second opinion. Plus, he is an award winning dentist and a great person. My daughter likes him and she has never like any dentist. Thank you Dr. Vanover ... Diana and her Dad. Five Stars ***** more

Dr. Vanover has been my Dentist since he began his practice in Orange Park, Florida. Having trust in your Dentist is so important knowing he will suggest the correct treatment for your dental needs. He is highly professional in his practice of dentistry, trusting, caring, and most important very conservative in his plan of action when it comes to your dental care. I would highly suggest choosing Dr. Vanover for all of your dental services. His staff and dental hygienists are held in the highest regards in caring for Dr. Vanover's patients in a professional and friendly manner. more

Visiting the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but my experience today was by far a great experience. I came in to have a chipped tooth repaired and I was stressing over it. It all started when I called to make my appointment. It was refreshing to have a NICE person on the other end of the phone. If I had encountered a rude person I would not have made the appointment. So my first impression was great. Then on my way to the appointment I was stuck in traffic and called the office thinking I was going to have to reschedule and was told, not to worry. My office experience with the front desk staff, Dr Vanover and his assistant was overall a wonderful experience. I made a follow-up appointment for my annual exam and cleaning, which I don't normally do unless I feel very comfortable, which I did. Thank you Dr Vanover and your staff for making my visit today stress free. more

It was an excellent experience. Service was friendly & professional for the most part, thoroughness was great, Dr V took time to answer all my questions and did not leave my chair while I was talking to him as other DDSs have done. The hygienist was thorough, kind, and considerate I really appreciate the fact that they will give discounts to people who have no dental insurance. That helps me a lot. It is always a little frightening to go to a new dentist 's but there was nothing to be afraid of at Dr. Vanover's, nothing at all. I will return. more

The caring atmosphere and general helpfulness is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. I had cancer and from treatments my teeth are kinda a mess, they have handled me with kindness and professionalism and sincerity......I am not embarrassed to go to the dentist. Dr. Vanover offered many solutions to fit my financial needs...I can't say enough. I am thankful I found this office and Dr. Vanover and staff! more

Ive been coming to Dr. Vanover for over 8 years and have always had the most courteous and professional treatment. I have as pleasant as a visit one can have in routine dental procedures. Dr. Vanover and his staff are top notch. I never am anxious about an upcoming visit and even though I have moved out of the area I will keep coming as long as I can. more
