went to the plantation office for frax . Waited over an hour. waiting room inside and outside full, and they were running 2 plus hours behind schedule. Office staff uninformed and not truthful about time delays. BLANK stares when asked when I would be seen. Keep you money and find better service elsewhere more

First I would like to start by saying that this place always has the same reply to negative reviews. We get it, for some miracle of god you've been open for so long and yes we get it, you have over 80 employees that you just shipped in from Cuba, we get it that you can't control the fact that your company is a factory....\r \r Nobody wants to help you in this facility. This company is all about money. Nobody speaks English for starters... good luck trying to communicate with the staff if you don't speak Spanish. Not even the managers speak English... not even the CEO... (I'm completely serious)\r \r When they get a hold of your phone number, they will NOT stop HARRASING you to come in for a free consultation. No matter how many times you tell them you are not interested and to stop calling they will not stop. When you go into a consultation with these people they don't even present you a doctor when they are already asking for money. I don't even understand that.. Are people that stupid that they give money for a surgery before meeting their doctor? \r \r once they have your money you will not hear from them at all..\r \r You will call and call for them to book your surgery and nobody wants to help you.\r \r The people answering the phone leave u on hold for minutes and minutes until either you hang up or they hang up on you. \r \r You will call for your lab results and nothing they won't transfer you to anyone.\r \r When you realize you made a mistake and no longer want to have your surgery done with these people, you will have to literally FIGHT for your money back. It takes about 2 months for them to finally return your money because its "company policy" and its their "process".\r \r Maybe this is why they can't keep employees long enough to recognize anyone. They change their employees as often as they change their underwear. Every time I call its a new person in charge. I heard from a friend that their employees checks always bounce. They can never pay their employees on time and when they do they have no funds. THATS INSANE! and ILLEGAL.\r \r All their good reviews are from their own employees as you can tell from their horrible English... about a year ago they left scissors inside a lady's stomach while performing a tummy tuck .... today someone died. and this is why I wanted to share my feelings towards this place with everyone. They do so many illegal things and wrong things that you can't imagine. \r \r This place is so sketchy I beg of you do not ever do anything in this place. I live in the corner of this clinic and I have been debating on going for laser hair removal. I get too much hair under my pits which is not normal and its something I have been meaning to take care of... I finally left the thought of going and decided to give this place a shot. I am not a big fan of clinics or anything since I am not the surgery type but too much shaving a day can get very tiring at times. I had Dr. Pelayo consult with me and take care of me aswell. I waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room prior to treatment and treatment was just about as fast as my wait time was. I feel good so far just need two more sessions and Im good to go. Can't wait to see final results! more

I have been receiving emails from this clinic with crazy specials. I have never seen prices like this so I had to see what it was all about. I went in for Botox on which they had for 50 percent off and man what a bang for your buck. For half price I got 50 unities which is practically a full session. The dr was very polite and helpful and the injections were not painful at all. It was about a 15-30 minute process which changes your life about 15-20 years back. Super worth it! more

I had varicose veins pretty bad beneath my hips and I couldnt stand it anymore. This clinic is really close to where I live so i decided to go in for a consultation. I sat with Dr. Pelayo and he assured me that I would not have this problem anymore with my varicose veins. He was definitely right about that. My veins are practically invisible and My self esteem has definitely skyrocketed. more

you should really change the way you first meet with clients. I went in for my first consultation and received no information as to the procedure I wanted. All you wanted was my payment information. Yet as a patient, I received no information from your staff. disgusting customer service. more

Just finished doing all 3 sessions of laser on my arms. I must say this machine is awesome! Results are really astonishing. My doctor, Dr. Pelayo, did a great job finding all the places on my arm with hair. I now wont have to worry about seeing any hair grow for a very long time. Till then, I am very satisfied. more

I went to the clinic in Miami first since its their main clinic for a consultation on behalf of my surgery. The doctor sent me to the Hialeah clinic because he said it was more convenient for me when I get out of surgery. I scheduled the following week in the hialeah clinic and the service was just as great. Dr. Pelayo was the one that took care of doing lipo on my stomach area. I will now be going back in a month for breast reduction. more

I went in for a consultation last week and at first notice, this place is very very modern and nice inside. I sat with doctor Careaga and I asked him a few questions about my surgery and he was very honest and blunt with his answers. I am ready for surgery and in 2 weeks my appointment is scheduled. I cant wait! more

just did my final laser treatment on my legs and ive never been so satisfied. Never have to shave for the next couple of years and your skin really remains smooth since you dont have to be shaving every other day. great clinic! more

I recently bought a groupon voucher for a very very good price to do laser hair removal and making an appointment was pretty hard since it was always booked because of the amount of groupons bought. However though, when I finally made my appointment the customer service was great. I waited about 30 minutes until there was a Doctor that attended me and I must say after 3 sessions on my legs i feel great about doing this. My legs havnt grown hair ever since my last session. more

Vanidades is great! I first had gone to the office in Miami for a consultation but decided to get surgery done at the Hiealeah location. The customer service was great and my doctor Dr. Pelayo took very good care of me. I went in for a tummy tuck and was extremely nervous. He made me feel just right about doing it and the results were excellent. more

I read a few fishy reviews about this company and put it to the side and went to go see for myself. I went ahead to get a free consultation and the customer service and doctor was great. The doctor that assisted me was Dr. Lung and he made sure I felt confident with the surgery I was doing. I did tummy tuck and laser on my whole body. It was a huge surgery so I was really nervous before surgery. Its been about 3 weeks now after the surgery and I feel and look great. Thank you vanidades! more

I recently had a tummy tuck with dr. careaga about a week ago. im stil in the recovery process and in some pain but so far the change is amazing! I came in for a consultation and dr.careaga took care of me. He told me exactly what was going to happen and how long is the recovery process. The results are very satisfying and I recommend vanidades to anyone that wants surgery. more

wish I can rate it 0 star, I booked a surgery with them at the end of last year. And Heisy asked for a 50% downpayment in which I gave because the price is good. My surgery is booked for this summer but when a friend on a website going to the same surgery send me a msg saying the doctore we are working with will no longer work there. I called Heisy and asked whether it is true but she lied and said he will still be there, reassuring me to keep my deposit there. Until the doctor called me himself and said he will no long be there as of March 27 mind you that Heisy had just told me 3 days ago that the doctor will continue to work there that it is all just a lie. Heisy finally send me a refund slip after I caught her on the lie and said I have spoken to the surgeon. But its been a month and everyone there's been giving me the run around, I been calling every since day at least 4 times a day, Heisy is avoiding my call and no one has refunded me anything. I have already reported them to the general attorney's office. Thank god I paid by credit card. Advice to you? I can't say anything about the quality of the surgery, but this place is very very shady once your money is left with them don't expect it to come back. Make sure you pay by credit card if you still want to go with them. The doctor who left told me they were shady and he didn't want his reputation to be ruined by working there since he is the only reason why any one goes there. I almost never write reviews not even for amazon this place really pissed me off and I feel like people deserve to know how shady they are at least in terms of money MYVANIDADES SPENDS MORE TIME WRITING FAKE HAPPY REVIEWS AND ROBBING CLIENTS MONEY THEN PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm used to going to the location in miami but last week I went to this one in hialeah and they provide the same great service. They worked with me on a financing option that I could afford and I was able to see all the dr to see which one i liked the most. Thank you Vanidades! more

THEY RUSH YOU DON'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING AT ALL OR EVEN TELL YOU THAT IF YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR TROUBLES. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD BE STOPPED . WHERE HAVE YOU HEARD THAT IF THE SURGERY IS NOT PERFORMED THEY STILL GET YOUR MONEY.....THIS PEOPLE HAVE NO CARE FOR ANYONE ESPECIALLY HARD WORKING PEOPLE.
