Went for an appointment on Friday and after finally finding a parking space after a five-minute wait, went in to have my teeth cleaned. Upon arrival I was told that I did not have an appointment, which I did, and that they did not see new patients on Friday. Now, how would one know this? First you do not follow through with the scheduling of appointment and now you cannot work anything out and can only utter "we do not see new patients on Fridays." Well your staff is very unprofessional and rude and has no concept of customer service or something could have been worked out. But the rude staff did NOT even attempt to work anything out. I have no idea how the dentists are and can only promise to NEVER find out as I would not go back for anything. You get what you pay for doctors and your staff is rude. more

I felt welcomed and at home while at this dentist office 3/7/2012

BEWARE!! Made a false claim against my insurance! 11/27/2011

I went to Spectrum for a Groupon and they tried to get me to buy all of this dental work I did not want. I ended up leaving with only the cleaning done (Half of the groupon) and now I see a claim for $2400!!! Wow.... more

I was referred to Dr. Van Ennaman almost 6 months ago from a friend. Let me start with saying that I do not have dental insurance and my teeth were in very bad shape. I went to a few other places where I was quoted outrageous amounts and told that I needed things that were unnecessary and over priced. From the moment I stepped foot at Dr. Van Ennaman's office I was shown nothing but exceptionally great hospitality. He was very patient and knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail to me. Not to mention the miracle root canal he did on my wisdom tooth that 3 other doctors recommended I have removed, which would have proven negligent in the long run. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend Dr. Van Ennaman to anyone looking to get any kind of dental work done. He was worth every penny and much more! more

greed greed must be a bonus and money hungry you said the same thing on another site so you are that other ofiice down the street.\r \r GREAT JOB SPECTRUM DENTAL\r \r I was out of there in 30 min had my teeth cleaned and exam and x-rays and got a free toothbrush. LOVE them will never go anywhere else when i come down to visit my parents from college i go see these guys to get my check up. One time i called a friday afternoon because i was having tooth pain and my personal dentist called me back and gave me some advice until i could make it into the office. more

I was able to finally get my teeth fixed! I had waited soo many years. Yeh , it cost me some $$ but everywhere else was three times higher. The manager lady even worked out a payment plan for me! SWEET lady. The office was so pretty and really clean !! My sister is going next week. She said she will post next week. more

FANTASTIC PRICES FOR GREAT QUALITY 5/12/2009

WOW!!!! THEY LOOKED OVER MY TEETH,CLEANED THEM AND DID SOME X-RAYS FOR $79.00. I HAVE BEEN TO ANOTHER OFFICE ,THEY QUOTED ME 2 X THE AMOUNT. DR. BILL IS THE COOLIEST AND REALLY SMART GUY!!!! WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE MONEY THING AT FIRST WITH THE REVIEW FROM THE GREED LADY BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. THEY EVEN DID A PICTURE SHOWING ME WHAT CAPS WOULD LOOK LIKE ON MY TEETH FOR FREE. I WILL GO BACK FOR SURE. Pros: OFFICE PLANS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING Cons: NO SATURDAYS more

From the moment I met Dr. Emmers, I felt complete confidence in his work and his staff. He is honest and did not make me feel like he was 'selling' me dental care that I didn't need. He is compassionate, understanding and takes plenty of time to explain procedures. I highly recommend him and his entire staff! more

Pain Free! 5/7/2006

Doctor Emmers is amazing! I recently visited Spectrum Dental for crowns, I was SOOOO nervous! I must say that my experience was wonderful, most importantly I DIDN'T FEEL A THING!!! The equipment was indeed up to date, I was able to view my x-rays on the monitor. Doctor Emmers is down to earth and personable. His staff is really sweet! I was out and about running errands afterwards! I also received a check-up call the following day. On my way out, I spoke to a patient with lumeneers, the work was AMAZING. Her teeth were BEAUTIFUL!! Pros: PAINLESS, INEXPENSIVE, LOCATION Cons: Not very large office more
