Wonderful Safe Place 3/30/2011

Storing here since 1/11. Clean, safe, nice people and good rates. They accept UPS packages for my business and keep them in office until I show up. They send reminder post card in mail before rent is due - nice. Every time I stop in have new improvements and ask if they can do anything for me. more

This place is great 2/13/2011

I live near Valley River and needed storage, so I checked out Valley River Storage. It's clean, the staff are very nice, they required I use a high security lock and they have an amazing security system. I've been there for several months, get a bill each month to remind me and I'm very happy. It seems safe to me. more

AVOID THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! 12/22/2006

I had all of my stuff stored here why my new home was being built and my unit got broken into TWICE! The company did nothing to help resolve this issue, besides giving me back about $35 that I had already paid for rent that month. They are very shady and didn't even call the police to report the 4 bulgaries that had happened that weekend. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this company. DO NOT rent from them! Cons: Theft happens way to frequently, not recommened more
