As always you have the best service 5/13/2011

As always you have the best service, tried 3 other shops for the issue first and was told, transmission, clutch and the last guy told me engine and sent me away (he was transmission shop) so i took it here. Turned out to be extremely old spark plugs and wires causing misfires. more

Matt was great!! He stayed late for us so we could drive down after work from Laramie. He even took care of the detailing himself to help make everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Highly recommend him! Thanks for everything! more

Norm and his staff always take very good care of me. I am always pleased with their service. Also, I was very impressed that Nissan gave us the opportunity to donate to the Red Cross and match our donations. That was extremely helpful to me. more

I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car from Mazda of Lakewood. The salesman was very helpful, and I ended up with better deal than I could get at other dealers. I will buy all my cars at Mazda of Lakewood from now on. I bought a 2009 Mazda Mazda3 s Sport and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The finance I received was just what I wanted and kept the price in my budget. Instead of being frustrating and tired, I was happy when I left the dealership in my new car. more

Just as when we first leased the Outback, our first service was excellent! When we stopped by the sales department, we were saddened that Gary D was no longer working there, but we were greeted and welcomed nonetheless. Thank you for being a people business in our age when far too many have grown impersonal. more

Very courteous and super fast 4/22/2011

I found Valley by internet and was responded to by Morgan Steinbeck. Very courteous and super fast...When we came to the store they were so laid back, no pressure. It was basically like buying a car from friends, they didn't make my wife or myself feel like another number. I LOVE my new outback. However, two days later my check engine light came on so I called her. She responded immediately, sent a tow truck TO OUR HOUSE, dropped us off a loaner car and found out less than an hour later that we did not tighten our gas cap! How embarrasing but I'm really impressed that any dealership would do that. Thanks Morgan and Valley Subaru, we'll definately be back when our lease is up! more

They are very caring 4/21/2011

I ended up going to this dealership after I was treated quite badly at another subaru dealer. The salespeople had contacted me about a nissan rogue that I was looking at and were so great that even though I did not want to nissan I drove out of town to see their subarus. Many other dealers I felt screwed over with prices. Here, no such thing. They are very caring. They give a lot of information very well and clearly. more

I'm 99% sure we'll be back 4/20/2011

I just got my 2nd Subaru from Valley Subaru - They're very straight forward and didnt waste a lot of time. We live on the Western Slope, about 4 hour drive from Longmont, but every subaru dealer here wanted to shaft me on my trade-in. Valley gave us $2k more on the trade than ANYONE west of Golden offered. Not only that, they worked with us on price and financing to get the payment and residual on my lease exactly where we wanted it. Matt & Tom were awesome and worked most of the deal over the phone before I even left home. I drove over and spent about an hour doing paperwork and I was on my way....completely painless except the detailer was backed up so we had to wait about an hour for a detail and a full tank of gas, a small thing - that didn't really dampen my enthusiasm for this dealership. I'm 99% sure we'll be back in 3 1/2 years when the lease on my Outback is up. Thanks guys! more
