Best dealership to buy from 2/15/2011

Everyone was helpful and listened to whatever I had to say. They were patient while I decided and took me to see 3-4 different vehicles. I sat down to negotiate the price, it was lunch time and they even ordered me food. Excellent experience and will definitely come back. Also, the dealership is very clean and has a nice ambient. more

Excellent experience 2/14/2011

Excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very upfront about everything and very hospitable. Every person I interacted with at VIP Honda was very pleasant, from the internet salesperson, to the financial manager, and Jesse Mario was a great sales representative. Again it was a very pleasant and wonderful experience, definitely worth the trip even if you dont live near the North Plainfield area. more

highly recommend VIP Honda! 2/11/2011

There was some additional salesmanship in terms of add-ons and pricing, but not more than expected and not pushy in any way - it was always respectfully done. We got the vehicle we wanted. We got treated well going throughout the whole process. Bottom line is that we felt at comfortable and not pressured into anything especially with the vehicle and deal that we got. We would highly recommend VIP Honda! more

easy-going dealership 1/18/2011

The receptionist and sales person I worked with were very helpful and attentive. It did not take long for him to find a car for me, and have it brought round the front for a test drive. The car was clean (no plastic around the floor and handles - it had been properly cleaned). Once back at the showroom there was no playing games over price. They gave me a good price from the beginning, and all in all we wrapped everything up quickly. This is a very straight forward, easy-going dealership. more

Good Experience 1/6/2011

I was looking for 2008 4WD Honda CR-V EX. Got internet quotes from 4 Honda Dealers including VIP Honda. VIP's quote (given by Maria and confired by her supervisor George) was the lowest. In fact was a $1000 to $1500 less. Went in the show room where slaes person Kyle Eatman helped us. Test drove the CR-V. The CR-V deal went by smoothly. But had to haggle a lot when it came to my trade-in (they where offering less money). but when they offered two accessories free (Remote engine start and day/night rear view mirror with compass) I was a satisfied. They kept my CR-V for two day to fix the accessories (including backup sensors which i paid for) and gave me a loaner car (Accord V-6) Overall I had a good experience at VIP Honda more

Extremely Friendly Staff 12/27/2010

I just leased an '08 Pilot EX-L and was very pleased with VIP. I researched the truck extensively and had gotten several internet quotes from VIP and other dealers. VIP's price was extremely competitive, the staff was friendly and helpful, and VIP answered all my questions in the weeks it took me to research the Pilot. I was well aware of current lease incentives and I got a great deal. more

Very Friendly Service 12/23/2010

I recently bought a Honda Civic from VIP Honda dealer and I am very pleased with their service. The guys were friendly and treat you well. The dealer did not have the color I wanted, so they checked their system and promised me a delivery on Saturday. They kept their promise and provided me the VIN much before the delivery so that I can sort the auto insurance. My experience with VIP Honda has been very good and I would recommend the dealer to anyone planning to buy a Honda. more

Very easy-going dealership 11/4/2010

This is a very fine Honda Dealership. VIP Honda on Route 22 is one of the newer Honda dealerships with the light facade with blue Honda sign. They have a lot of cars out front, and just about every model in the showroom. The receptionist and sales person I worked with were very helpful and attentive. Complete feeling of satisfaction 8/11/2010

I’ve had so many stressful experiences in the past with car dealerships. I’ve always felt like the dealers would take advantage of the fact that I was not completely knowledgeable about cars. My experience at VIP was totally different. My salesperson was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and also explained everything in detail. I drove out of the dealership the same day with my new Accord with the complete feeling of satisfaction. more
