Efficient sales person 2/5/2014

I came here today with the mind set to buy a new car and with the service I've received I'm leaving here with one. Right when I pulled up- I was introduced to Carl Surls who has been nothing but amazing! The entire team here has been such a great experience! If I had to purchase another car I'd definitely come back here and get one! more

Work appreciated 2/3/2014

This was my first ever new car purchase, and University Mazda was the first dealership I visited. I then went to several other places but ultimately returned here. Mike and James were great, friendly, helpful, and down to earth. The Mazda was my favorite car that I drove, but Mike and the gang really made me feel good about the purchase. They gave me the feeling that they wanted my business, not just my money. more

Happy 1/29/2014

We were travelling through Albuquerque when check engine light came on. It turned out to be a major repair and we have extended warranty coverage. With no appointment Adam was able to get in shop to get looked at then called our warranty to get that process started. Part was ordered and Adam updated us most every day until complete. We are fixed back on the road and happy. Not what I expected from a dealership. University is great service! Thank you Adam! more

Awesome experience working with salesman 1/15/2014

Nick is a salesman that I enjoyed working with, he wasn't in my face like most salesmen can be. I definitely will keep him in mind for future car purchases. Every dealership needs salesmen to allow the consumer to browse around peacefully without the wolves coming out to get a commission. Nick Walker is that type of guy in my opinion. Service was smooth and courteous. I highly recommended! more

My battery died and I needed to get in right away; the dealership accommodated me on short notice and got my battery fixed right away, helping me out in my emergency. more

I LOVE my Jetta ! 11/24/2010

I had looked at VWs at other dealerships, I bought at University VW because of Roy Chahroudi. I thought I knew all there was to know about VWs; But thanks to his complete knowledge of his product, I went from "they're good cars" to "they're GREAT cars". I felt Roy was honest and forthcoming about the buying process, and he went through all of the features of my car even after I had signed all the paperwork and had the keys in hand. I LOVE my Jetta ! more
