My next-door neighbor suggested I try University after I told them of my experience at a Honda store (the H in Honda is for Horrible!). University didnt have the exact car I wanted yet did not push me into what they did have. They found the car I wanted and had it trucked in. I just took the car in for its 10000 mile service, other than oil changes the car has needed nothing. John and Adam in the service department are more than friendly. Its a just nice place, and that is unexpected! more

This time was much better and it lead to my actually buying a car. Aaron Randle was more laid back and respectful of my intelligence.
