Tim was great! He worked around my schedule to bring my car in. they even helped me move my baby car seat! The staff was quick and very friendly. Tim explained to me in detail what the problem was with my car and let me know what they did to fix it. My car was returned to me quickly and washed. more

Attentive and courteous 3/24/2011

Great employees who know their stuff. Cordial, responsive, and good follow up service was great and Sidney my service advisor did a great job. Kept me well informed as to what was wrong with my vehicle. Service Manager Vic is always attentive and courteous and follows through on what he promises. I always recommend Audi Dallas; have known people who have been referred to buy a car and use your service dept. more

I wanted to take a moment to let the everyone know what an outstanding job Thomas Hornsby did on my recent sale. Thomas is an outstanding salesperson and Audi brand advocate. Although I've purchased a number of German luxury vehicles over the years, this was my first Audi experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER 3/4/2011

Understand that this forum is not a reliable forum due to the fact that they remove any negative reviews and allow this dealer to post false positive reviews by hired it's social media team. Several true posts that give the truth about how this dealer maximizes its service tickets on unnecessary part replacements. Several consumer reviews have been removed or been chastised as tight wads and called names on this review board for only posting their true experiences with Park Cities Audi. Do you due diligence before you bring your car to this dealer. more

**Beware Do Not Trust this Dealer 3/2/2011

I had my engine check light come on on my Audi A4 and it was miss-firing and running poor so I brought it to my mechanic at European Motors on Lovers & Inwood. And at no cost he hooked his lap top computer to my car and found that the ignition coil was bad and explained that Audi Had a RECALL on this so I drove over to Park Cities Audi and they checked it in and then called back explaining that the Coil was replaced under the recall but the ECT senson was bad and that it would cost $510.00 to replace. I said NO just do the work that the recall requires. When I picked my car up the amount was $0.00. it drove fine but the sensor light was still on. I drove it over to my mechanic and he cleared the sensor light for free with his lap top in less than 2 minutes. Bottom line is that the ECT sensor is not bad Park Cities Audi just did not clear it after installing the recall part and the Assistant Service Manager Doug Taylor lied to me and Park Cities Audi tried to scam me out of $510.00. more
