At first Dr. Sengstacke took the time with me to go over everything I needed to do and the prescriptions he was giving me. My Dr. was only half the problem. After my first IUI, I didn't see him again. I was passed off to people that I did not find friendly, informative or even nice. The NP that administered my next IUI hurt me after I told her that she didn't need to use a certain tool. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and hurt me and made me bleed for 3-4 days straight. Don't see how that helped in getting a result of a baby. The highlight of Dr. Sengstacke's office visits were the one nurse I put all my faith into and really miss terribly. Her name is Marchete. She was nice and friendly and very upbeat. I loved seeing her and she gave me hope. I didn't finish all of my cycles with this company because they decided to tell me after 2 cycles that I needed to pay for the IUI's when they happened up front. If someone had told me this to begin with I would most likely not have wasted my money. The receptionist's weren't all that nice either. The ultrasound tech was nice but she tried to diagnose me with something that I might not have. Be very cautious when picking out Dr.'s is my advice. Currently trying to find a new Reproductive Endocrinologist. more

This office is the most pathetic excuse for a doctor's office I've ever encountered. For starters, office visits to Dr. Dutton typically took 3 hours! Yes, 97% of that was spent waiting for him, and about 5 minutes was spent with him. I came to find out that I was not being properly monitored for the fertility treatments he was subjecting me to, and he and his staff literally refused to do the proper tests. They just sent me packing one day with Rx's to 3 very powerful drugs/hormones, and told me to come back in 3 months if I wasn't pregnant. As a result I suffered many physical consequences, including 2 ovarian cyst ruptures due to lack of monitoring. I found this out through other women going through the same thing, who actually had good doctors who did their jobs. Aside from that, to say his nurses and receptionists are unfriendly would be an understatement, they have the competence level of a 4 year old, and one nurse in particular, Paula (also nurse to Dr. Badawy) is not only incompetent, but immature and constantly on a power trip. She never answered my questions CORRECTLY, (times I knew she was dead wrong but she would thwart her 12+ years of experience as why she was right), she had me get bloodwork on the wrong day because she insisted she was right (turns out I was and she was wrong), they constantly lost my lab results, and overall just never seemed to really be doing the right thing. When I confronted Dr. Dutton about things Paula did and said that he clearly knew were incorrect as well, his response was ""let's just say she's a really nice person"". Really? I never got that. She was quite rude to me at times and definitely incapable of doing her job. I would highly recommend taking your body and your business elsewhere!
