So-so service and a fun but unreliable vehicle- Audi TT 10/20/2006

I had a not so great time with University Audi and my friends report the same (TT owners as well). I own a 2002 TT Roadster- The car is fun but problematic. My biggest gripe is that Audi NEVER fixed my gripes list (leaky window seal, horn doesn't work, seatbelt tension slams me back into seat on every bump, windshield fluid sprayer) and now the car is out of warranty. They advertised loaner cars but I was only able to get one once or would have had to wait weeks to get car in for service. The people are nice there but they just didn't fix the problems with the vehicle. Instead I take the car to Audi specialists- cheaper and better. more

Great service for your audi (and you'll need it) 8/16/2005

Back when I was leasing my Audi TT, I did it through University Audi. This review is about the dealer, not the car, so I'll just say that my TT was very fun, very expensive, and not very reliable. Fortunately, I was leasing it here, and these guys treat their leasers right. Whenever I brought the car in, be it because of the 3 different defective turbo diverter valves, the tape that wouldn't eject, being out of windshield washer fluid, or just because some things where rattling, they happily gave me a loaner car as long as needed. And when I got my car back, it was always spotless on the inside and out. If you want to lease a car and have the pockets to be treated right, these are the guys to come to. more
