My husband and I leased a 5 series BMW and we had not only the best experience but developed a lasting friendship with the sales representative, Amadou. Amadou is the absolute best car sales professional. He is why every time I had an issue with the service department, which was only once, he immediately took care of such.... If you are looking for a long term car relationship do not hesitate to travel to United BMW of Roswell and ask for Amadou. more

washed my car for me 1/11/2011

I've worked with this dealer for over a year, with two different BMW's--a 2004 330ci and a 2007 335i--both under BMW new car, factory warranty. Neither car was purchased here. My experience has been nothing short of what is expected for cars of this class and price--very professional. Everyone of the staff, with whom I have had contact, has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Work has been completed on time, and correctly in every case. My car is given back to me washed and spotless every single time more

After dealing with Global, United Roswell is like a breath of fresh air! It is difficult to get the service people on the phone when I call, but they usually call back in a reasonable amount of time. They always offer me coffee/bagels when I arrive to drop my car off for service, and though they don't always have a loaner for me, they are more than willing to drive me to and pick me up from work when my car has to stay for service or rent me a vehicle if they cannot. They have a spotless showroom and waiting area, offering free pastries, coffee and juice for those who wait. I just spend my time salivating over the cars I can't afford. In addition, the dealership has private rooms (small booth sized)  if you need to work while your car is in the shop. more

Every time I've needed to take my car in for service, I've always been treated professionally. In the 5 years I've been taking my car to them, United BMW has fixed everything right the first time and takes time to explain any work they've done or needed to do. more

Great Service 11/22/2010

I recently received my 2011 335is and when I went home I noticed a small scratch on the bumper. I notified Jim and sent him the photos and just hours later he submitted a transport insurance claim and put me in touch with the folks at United who would help me get this resolved. I went in today to speak with Billy Futey and Shannon (their bodyshop rep) and about 30 minutes later Shannon was able to buff out the marks I identified. People like Jim, Billy, and Shannon make this is a great dealership! more
