TERRIBLE customer service: I like to get a spray tan from time to time for events of vacations and what not. I swore off tanning beds a long time ago but used to be a frequent tanner at different places around town.\r

Unfortunately the only spray tan shop open on weekends in town was Unique Tan, I had gone there before and got adequate service and a good tan so I thought, why not? I went in on Saturday around 3:30 and got a level 3 + bronzer mystic tan (the highest level). 1. I should have seen a difference in tan the moment I walked out of there or within the hour due to the bronzer and 2. within 4 hours I should have seen a HUGE difference in color. I have done the mystic SEVERAL times and know how it works what to do and what not to do. \r

I didn't workout, I didn't sweat, I didn't mess up the tan in anyway, I didn't shower until almost the 24hour mark because I was waiting for some change! I thought well something must have been wrong with the machine because I did my part! I call in and the receptionist advised me to shower and call back if I still saw no change......\r

I call back and she tells me there is nothing she is authorized to do for me! I have an event I leave for early Monday morning and I can't do anything about this non existent tan I paid $38 for until Monday at 10am!! This is so wrong. I told her I would come in and show her my ""tan"" or lack there of and she said again there is nothing she could do for me. \r

Good customer service should always be looking to please the customer, I told the receptionist I knew it was not her fault but that this was terrible customer service. I got my tan 2 days in advance and there is nothing you can do for me! \r

I want my money back and I will never visit any of your locations again and I will send all of my friends and customers to other salons around town.
