I strongly caution anyone considering going here. Their contact consultation is not covered by insurance, and cost me roughly $100. Buyer beware!!! Please review their no refund policy. Do not purchase glasses unless you have asked all the right questions. If you have a doubt about your diagnosis go get a second opinion before you commit to purchasing eyewear. I was misdiagnosed and purchased a pair of glasses because I believed the Dr's diagnosis. He was wrong. I still could not see after the glasses and could not get a refund. I specifically asked about cataracts and was told they were minor and that the glasses would fix my problem. I had major cataracts that could have been seen with the naked eye which the Dr. missed. This Dr. is more worried about making the sale than his patients. The sale is non-refundable. more

HORRIBLE!! 3/16/2011

I had a horrible experience here! Two different pairs of glasses (they kept giving me the wrong prescription so I couldn't see out of them) AND they charged me more than DOUBLE for a box of contacts than I could get online. They said the contacts would be in within 3 days and 2 WEEKS later they still weren't. No calls of explanation were attempted and they treated me very rudely when I went in the office. I have never seen a business that was ran so poorly and with such disregard to the customer!! Avoid at all costs!! more
