Under-promise and over-deliver 3/31/2014

Unfortunately I have a car that has bad "juju" and have been hit many times by other cars in it, so it's become kind of a running joke that Ultimate Auto Body Werks actually knows me when I call. They make sure everything is handled and make sure I'm taken care of. They give me car rental service information and whatever else I need. What else can they do to make me happy? They are an excellent service and I highly recommend them to my friends and family. I have never had an ounce of disappointment with them. They under-promise and over-deliver. Every time they are spot on. more

This was my first time using Ultimate Auto Body Werks. Their customer service is exceptional. Everybody was really helpful and friendly. They did some body work, paint and an outside detail on my car. Everything looks excellent. more

Made an inconvenient thing be as easy possible. 10/4/2013

I felt like everyone at Ultimate Auto Body Werks was very friendly, understanding, and familiar with the process of going through insurance. They answered my questions and had no problems with them. We had an issue with my car when the valet in charge of its care bashed it up. The valet's insurance was to pay for the repairs. In the end, everything went smoothly. more

Very happy customer! 9/30/2013

Ultimate Auto Body Werks are very based towards customer satisfaction. They want to make sure you're happy with all the results and will do whatever needs to be done to make sure you are. I went to them a month ago and had them replace my bumper, which had damage from a rear end collision. They are very friendly and nice. more

I've recommended Ultimate Auto Body Werks to everybody. I would recommend them to the President! They're wonderful people! They are so nice and knowledgeable. They fixed my car like it was never in an accident. They do a wonderful job, very serious and hard-working. They are the best in the business and I've recommended them to friends and family. more

Ultimate Auto Body Werks is my favorite. They're just the best. They really took good care of me. I had kind of a different situation. But they told me a price and I took the car in, waited for about twenty minutes, and paid that price and drove out. This is my second time using them. I would highly recommend them. more

Fast, friendly, excellent job 6/24/2013

Ultimate Auto Body Werks fixed the damage on the right side of my truck. I was going out of town and they got me in immediately. It was supposed to be done in four days and they had it done in three. They did an excellent job. They're friendly, do what they said they would do, and my cab was was cleaner than when I brought it in. more

Work was done with finesse 6/24/2013

Ultimate Auto Body Werks replaced the front and back bumpers on my 97 Toyota Camery. This is my third experience with them and I come back because they do good work and the price is reasonable. They brought the car back in excellent shape, it was clean inside and out, and the work was done with finesse. I would recommend them. more

I take it in, they fix it, and it looks great. If it's an insurance claim they will take care of it. I've been going to them on and off for the last three years, I've had four or five things fixed by them. I've been satisfied every time we've used them. 4/16/2013

I have taken both of our vehicles there for work. They are the only ones I would go to. They have done everything they said they would do. They are clean, fast, and after they finish the work there is no dust on the inside. I've gone over the work with a fine tooth comb and have found no problems. Very satisfied with the experience. 2/22/2013

I've been there several times now. I had work done last year and work done again just a few weeks ago. Everything was seamless. They did such a great job. I have metallic paint and they matched it perfectly. They were very good about getting it done in two days so I didn't have to rent a car for longer. They have the cleanest shop I've ever seen. more
