An awesome place! 1/20/2011

Twiggs salonspa is an awesome place! The employees are friendly, really helpful and its very clear that they truly care about the customer and the health of their hair. They encourage healthy hair products, treatments and most importantly they give you all the hair advice you want and need to improve the look of your hair. The employees are great too. They're the reason I keep coming back and the lay down sinks too! more

Love my haircut! 1/20/2011

This is the second time I've had my haircut by john. He is very personable and did an excellent job with the cut and style. He was very open to my suggestion and is obviously an experienced stylist. Great job John! more

Loved Rachael. She is the best. She knows how to do my hair!! and you get a massage with your haircut. I have not found a good stylist to work or know how to do my hair. I do now. Thanks Rachael and Twiggs! more

I can not even express how pleased I am with the cut and color Liz did for me and my wildly curly hair. It is perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful and simply amazing. My hair looks awesome!! Thank you all so much, but especially Liz. She is such a sweetheart and it is so obvious she loves what she does! I'm anxious to return! more

I've been coming to this salon for about four years now and the experience has always been incredible. The people that work here are unbelievably helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about about their products and have always known what to use on my hair. My stylist is always smiling and treats me with respect. She talks to me prior to cutting my hair about what she thinks would look good and the maintenance necessary maintain it. She is always genuinely concerned about not only the end result, but also my experience as a customer. She has doe my hair for the past four years and I have always left the chair satisified. Twiggs has more than earned my continued business and support. more

been coming to Twiggs for ten years 1/20/2011

I always appreciate the ease of scheduling my appointment - especially on short notice. The flexibility of the staff for example getting a brow tint while my hair is processing. Nichole did a fabulous job, as always. I've been coming to Twiggs since it opened in 2000 and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. more

great haircut and color 1/20/2011

My haircut and color with John was a thorouhly enjoyable experience. He listened carefully to my requests and picked just the right shade of brown to return my hair to its natural color. He has an infectious smile and winning personality. My daughter came in later the same day and was very happy with her cut and the care she received from John. more

total enjoyment 1/20/2011

I've enjoyed each and every Twiggs experience I've had over the past few months! From the moment you step inside until the time you leave, you are so comfortable and totally taken care of. I've had John and Liz as my stylists multiple times! They are so easy to talk to and they listen to my concerns about my hair. They take what I say and implement their knowledge and creativity to create a sharp, polished image that I am comfortable expressing. One thing that I've enjoyed about Twiggs over other salons is their ability to introduce other services that benefit my over all look and experience. Who knew I would enjoy having my eyebrows colored and my nostrils waxed?! Even thought Twiggs isn't the closest salon to my residence the experience I get there keeps me coming back and has me spreading the word to all of my friends! more
