When I spend my money I expect a reasonable level of value and customer service.I purchased a very nice limited edition print and had it framed to the tune of $800+. I had the painting hanging on my wall but the mounting systme on the ""profesionally done"" frame came apart and my print fell damaging both the frame and the print. I assumed Twiggs and More would have their framer take responsibility for things coming apart, but alas I was wrong. Funny how they want me to buy from them as professionals in the art and framing industry but do not want to stand behind their ""product"". I know it hurts less financially when we don't have to be responsible for our professionalism, but what does it say about our professional integrity? Sorry Twiggs and More but you will no longer be getting my business nor would I recommend anyone else waste their money there either. You were once a local small business owner, don't let your success cause you to act as other large businesses ""TOO Big to fail"", I don't think so. You choose, I choose, we all choose. Now I say ""choose"" to go elsewhere with your business and hard earned money. Some business deserve to suceed and others don't. Enjoy your new location, new attitude of your business first and customer second, and the fruits of your integrity or lack thereof
