Worst Experience Ever!!! Tunex (Riverton) will NOT honor their warranty and will lie to get out of it. Ask the business that are by Tunex, they will also tell you horror stories. Not surprised by all the bad reviews. After they completed the work on my car and refused to honor their warranty, they told me I should of taken my car to a specialist. I thought they were the expert???? more

Stay Away 2/13/2012

I paid Tunex (Riverton location) around $1500 to replace my water pump and timing belts a few months back......engine light came on so I took it to an Audi mechanic and they said the last mechanic put the wrong water pump in and the timing belts on incorrectly causing bent valves. Tunex was very slow to respond in resolving my issue.......will never go to a Tunex again. Not impressed with their work and customer service. more

WORST Mechanic in Utah 12/23/2011

If you're looking for a mechanic to overcharge you by hundreds to fix a minor inconvenience and create a serious, genuinely expensive problem that requires your calling for a tow truck one hour after picking it up, this is your place! Very displeased, I will never use Tunex again. more
