We bought our vehicle branch new from Tulley in 2011. We recently brought the vehicle for some warranty work and while it was there a rim was damaged badly. Dealer will not accept responsibility. Quite honestly they will laugh in your face. Horrible customer service. We will never buy a vehicle from this dealer again. more

My car broke down on a Sunday and I had it towed to the nearest VW. Being unfamiliar with the area I thought this was a good idea at the time. The car was not looked at until Wednesday. They tried to charge me more than $4000 dollars to do a job that any other shop can do for less than $2000. I then had to arrange a tow truck driver to take the car to a shop that was charging fair market value for the work being performed. Tulley decided to then hold my car hostage. They refused to take payment over the phone for a $99 diag fee. The service writer decided not to send the forms I needed to authorize a payment over the phone and sent away the tow truck. I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior of this dealership to enforce a mechanics lien for a $99 fee that the shop refused to take from me. They wasted my time and left me without a car for an additional week. I am terribly sorry to have ever brought my vehicle to Tulley. I will never make that mistake again. more

I just had my car serviced at Tulley and it was surprisingly enjoyable. Tulley just gets it. The staff, especially the manager, addressed all of my concerns and they treat you like a human being not a dollar bill. Thanks guys. more

Had my car inspected there. had one brand new tire, car failed inspection for 4 tires. they had none of my tires in stock. had to go back. they told me no re inspection fee over the phone. chaged me 14.95 when I picked up my car after the reinspection. tried to speak to the manager, who was too busy telling me what the policy was rather than listening to what I was trying to explain. ALL MY BUSINESS IS GOING ELSEWHERE. more

Went to purchase a used vehicle, I had my mechanic (personal friend) check it out, it needed, our cost ,1,000.00 for new brakes, to pass state inspection. Dealership denied anything was wrong with the brakes, therefore was not going to fix them nor take any money off. Very dishonest, unethical dealership, the car was sold a few days later, I sure hope a family with kids didn't buy it. more

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with their VW Service department. I originally went in for a VW recall campaign, and as a result of an error made by their tech my car was flooded during a rainstorm, requiring over $2000 in repairs. When I complained and asked Tulley to make it up to me, they treated me like a criminal trying to run some sort of scam on them. Their service manager was particularly rude. I recommend avoiding this dealer. more

I once lived in Massachusetts, (yeah I know, I know, poor me), so I purchased all of my VW's at Bedford VW in Bedford, MA. However, after relocating to NH several years ago, I started taking my VW's to Tulley in Nashua to be repaired, for oil changes, and even to repair my car after I smashed it (nice one, huh?). Tully is EXCEPTIONAL. At least the VW side - I've never dealt with the BMW, Mazda, Buick, etc. side of the business. But, the VW Parts & Service department is exceptional. They have a free shuttle so you can either wait there or they'll shuttle you down to the mall or to work until your car is ready, and they'll pick you up again. You can even walk to Friendly's next door for breakfast if you're just getting an oil change. The service is fast, they don't add hidden charges to your bill, and they book by appointment so you have a spot in line and they get you in and out of there in a flash and with a smile. The guys are all so friendly and on the ball. It's a great place, and everytime I drive into Tulley, my car looks up, smiles in delight, and says "Danke". Hey, it's a German import, what do you expect? more

This dealership is conveniently located on the DW Highway in Nashua (exit 2). It sells 6 different makes - Buick, Pontiac, GMC, BMW, Mazda & VW. I recently test drove several vehicles at this location. The sales people weren't overbearing and pushy. They let my family test drive the vehicles on our own and didn't give the hard sell when we got back. We ended up purchasing at a different location but I will keep them in mind for my next vehicle. more
