I'm impressed that they solved my water heater issues - I wasn't getting hot water to my kitchen sink in a timely manner and my previous plumber couldn't fix it. They also repaired a mistake with one of my showers faucets - the water pressure was really low because of an incorrectly installed valve that needed to be replaced. After they cleaned up those mistakes I knew I had found a much better plumber that knew what he was doing.
