Beautiful Arrangements 9/19/2011

I love the arrangements that Trudy's has created for me in the past, she has been creating unique and gorgeous bouquets that I can truly say are fantastic. Any time I want a great flower set up for parties or special occasions with my friends I call Trudy for the job. more

Should Have Seen This! 8/18/2011

I needed to get my wife a something special for our anniversary and it needed to have wow factor. I found Trudy's online and I ordered a bouquet, with the amazing selection I was lost on what to give her. Trudy asked me some questions and we came to a decision, all I can say is that it was great to see the look on my wife's face. more

RESOLUTION: Complaint about Trudy's Flowers 6/30/2010

Please see my previous critique of Trudy's Flowers in Seattle... RESOLUTION: I talked with Trudy and she refunded the cost of the arrangement ($69.95) and, at my suggestion, kept the payment for the delivery ($15.00) and the sales tax on the transaction ($8.03) [Because, after all, it did arrive on time even if I felt it was substandard]. A nice note was that Trudy sent a replacement arrangement to my friend that was nicer than the one originally delivered (without my knowledge) and with a note of apology. I think that was pretty professional and thoughtful. Would I use them again? I don't know. If I did, I would be sure to talk with Trudy directly and make sure that if, for any reason, they can't deliver what is pictured on their website, that they call me first and give me the option of canceling or changing the order before delivery and payment. more

Terrible florist - beware and see my photos of their work 6/26/2010

These people are rip-off artists. I will be posting online what they sold me online and what was delivered to my friend for her birthday. I even upgraded my purchase to their "premier" version of the arrangement advertised online. A picture is worth a thousand words so you can compare for yourself what they sold me for 90 bucks (delivery charge 15) compared to what they actually delivered to my best friend for her birthday (half dead roses and all). http://s969.photobucket.com/albums/ae176/lakefamilyresearch/Trudys%20Flowers%20in%20Seattle/ If I had been smart enough to check their internet reviews I would have never used them. more

Owner made a bad situation much worse 6/17/2010

I was just leaving the doctor's office with my two children, aged 5 and 3, to receive treatment for my child's strep throat, when my 3 year old had a complete meltdown in the lobby. Just when I was finally getting my child to calm down, Trudy came over to complain that she couldn't hear her customer on the phone because of my child's crying. Thanks Trudy! I really needed that. Your empathy was amazing. I will never buy flowers from Trudy's and I intend to complain to the Polyclinic. I think one can expect some children having meltdowns in the lobby of the building with so many medical offices. more

Disappointed 11/7/2008

We ordered Flowers for our daughter (first year away from home at college) on Tuesday, to be delivered before noon on Friday (her birthday), paid a lot, and then discovered they weren't delivered. They needed to be delivered before noon because she is only working at that office until one. Very disappointed because we were trying to make her day special. more

Nice but Overpriced 9/27/2005

Trudy's Flowers is at times a decent florist shop. If you are lucky enough to get a fresh bouquet you might be satisfied, although you will likely be shocked at the price. However, much of what is sold pre-arranged in the store looks tired and left over. For these bouquets, the premium prices are really out of line. One thing Trudy's is good for is interesting vases and other glass items. All in all, with all the choices in Seattle, I'd go somewhere else. more

Just Beautiful 8/21/2005

I received a floral arrangement from my husband made by Trudy's Flowers recently and oh-my-gawd were they spectacular. Not only was the arrangement incredibly innovative (my husband had requested that only specific flowers be used), but the flowers were fresh-- they lasted more than a week in our warm summer house. On top of that, after seeing the visa bill, I can say that the pricing was very good (especially for what he got). If you want to make a good impression, send your loved one a bouquet from Trudy's-- you will not be disappointed. more
