Been over a month and still waiting for our refund... Even after numerous calls to Randy the Returns Manager. Vendor confirmed that credit was issued to TruckAddons, yet Randy still tells us he's reviewing it! Ridiculous! I will never recommend this company! Barry needs to wake up and knock Randy off his high horse! more

Bought a new Jeep Wrangler and took it into Trailblazers for window tint. Great job! Just had the lightest shade put on as it was already tinted from the factory, it looks great. Took about 1 1/2 hours to do, but I shopped the store the whole time and saw so many other things I want! Would recommend Trailblazers. more

Took my 06 Corvette to Trailblazers today to have a new Borla Exhaust System put on. Great price and great workmanship too!! They took great care of my Vette and made sure I was comfortable with the way it was installed. It has ground effects on it and sits very low so I was concerned about the way it would go on the lift. Everything was handled very professionally and I was pleased with the install and the sound of the Borla kit! Would recomend Trailblazers very highly. more

Ive heard from a few people that these guys have great prices and I always do my homework before buying online. Most of the items I ordered from them were so much less than everyone else. Im not sure how they can sell so cheap but im happy! more

There were many people who recommended them not only for price but for their customer service as well. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. I got exactly what I wanted and the best part is that the people on the forum were right. There wasn't anyone that could match their price. No doubt. I will be a return customer. \r more

Went in back in January to purchase new tires for my Cherokee. Was in & our in no time. Staff was helpful & the price I got beat everywhere I had looked ( local & online ). A+ in my book. I've also ordered from their website in the past ( having had the items sent to my son in California )...with no problems at all. more

These people are unprofessional and Do Not keep their word! Do Not go to them! more

Ordered an Undercover Tonneau cover from them in plenty of time to go to a conference 1200 miles out. When it arrived, it was the wrong size, no hardware was in the box, and the 'free' articles were not there either. I called them and spoke with a rep and was told to refuse shipment and that they would get a refund to me in 30 days. In the mean time, I'm out $700. I was told if I wanted another one in a week I had to purchase it. After waiting a month they only refunded $250. of the $700 - -claiming freight to and from and that they aren't responsible. Their reps told me what to do to expedite the refund, but instead what I was told to do was agree to a policy that I would not have agreed to in returning the stuff. BAD business. They don't want to ship FexEx because they've had ""thievery problems"". I called back and told them that their reps told me I would receive everything except a 20% stocking fee -- today I was told that, 'read our policy"" -- That's no way to conduct business on-line. Attorneys will be involved - these people are rip off scams. Cons: Bad customer service all the way around. more

I was looking for a tonneau cover for my truck and thought that I would give Trailblazer's a try. I was not in there 5 minutes and decided that I am not going to waste my hard earned cash with these people. I asked 3 times for some help and they refused to help me. The employees were all swarming around a very attractive female and her boyfriend. \r \r My friend had his windows tinted there awhile back and mentioned to me that they could not pay him enough to ever walk back in there. After about 1 year his window tinting turned purple and they refused to honor their service agreement. Apparently they had no record of him having his windows tinted there and said ""Jesus himself could not get them to redo the windows without a receipt"" This statement is verbatim, per my friend.\r \r I do not like to judge a person but the employees there basically looked like thugs who would take your money in a heartbeat and run with it. \r \r Please avoid this place, there are plenty of other shops in town who actually deserve your business. more
