Eventually being towed would have me make negative remarks but the charge was too much. If u got towed by them, no choice but to comply Pros: extremely fast payment - eh! Cons: sheer rudeness more

Worst Repair Shop Around !!!!!! 3/18/2010

Had A Started replaced which I was told would cost around $100.00 Bucks. When The Car Finally Got Fixed these Bastards Sent a Bill for $385.00 and Guess What The Car Ain't Fixed. I took it to My Mechanic and come to find out there idiots didn't even Put in the right Starter. Stay Away From This Place !!!!! Pros: There are None ! Cons: They Don't Fix your Car more

Bad business 3/10/2010

They overcharged me on getting a starter replaced and said I was good to go and I won't get stuck on my home. Well I didn't make it home when I wanted to go because the damn car wouldn't start. Why did I pay them to fix the car? They won't even tow it because they said I'm out of the area. Geez thanks a lot. Pros: ? Cons: they'll pick you up quick if you need to get towed more

Rip Off! 3/16/2009

I understand that a person isn't going to like the person who towed their vehicle, which will make reviews bias, but their prices are beyond words. They know you don't have a choice, so they make up some retarded price. If your vehicle was towed, you're out of luck. Otherwise, I would avoid using them at all cost. Thieves who's doors should be closed 12/18/2008

Lied about towing pricing which was clearly set by the state. Tried charging 2x over the set fees but we knew the fees. They then proceeded to do everything possible to make our lives miserable. This is a company who's doors should be closed. Pros: zip Cons: the people that run this place, I feel bad for the hard working employees who are just trying to make a living. more

They have some of the rudest people on earth. I recommend that you never go to them for anything. The prices are more than double that anyone else in the neighbourhood charges. Pros: None whatsoever Cons: Poor customer service. Rude staff. Out of the world unreasonable prices. more
