We had a group outing not long ago that was setup through Troy Travel. We were supposed to receive a limo ride to our destination and we were assured that no reservations were needed for dinner as they didn't accept them. Well, we were picked up by a van and waited 3 1/2 hours before we were seated for dinner! The final insult was being overcharged then having to ask for an accounting of everything before receiving a refund. Next time I will do my own arrangements. more
