Absolutely terrible. AVOID this company. Service tech was determined to sell me a new system complete with a service agreement. Estimated repairs at $3,500 but then had the nerve to charge me $375.00 for the service call. Even had his supervisor arrive to help sell the new system. So much mis-information he couldn't keep his story straight. This is not a honest company. BEWARE more

Beware of Trinity Air 9/3/2009

Beware of Trinity Air Conditioning's ""flat rate pricing"". Sounds good unless the cost of your repair is significantly less than their flat rate. Trinity estimated my repair at over $600.00. The actual cost of the part and labor would have been less than $200.00. Don't be fooled, make sure you know what you are paying for. Pros: Professional Cons: Overpriced more
