Caring staff, supportive environment, they help you attain y 4/14/2009

Natalie personalized all training for each person to meet and address their needs. I have fibromyalgia and she has helped me so much to learn how to move to minimize pain. I know that she requires anyone working there to make sure they understand the client's needs and develops the workout to help them. Overall the staff is supportive, fun, and you simply feel good when you are there. The best place I have ever worked out! more

One of the best! 4/14/2009

I live in Chicago and needed a place to train while in Dayton on business. I picked Trilogy because of the Stott certification process the trainers undergo, and it was recommended by my studio in the city. I am so glad I went to Trilogy! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable about the method and anatomy. The owner has an impressive and comprehensive background in movement and the human body. If I am ever back in Dayton, I will book a session at Trilogy. Positive energy and high-level Pilates trainers are hard to find, and I found them both at Trilogy. more

Very Supportive and Fun 4/13/2009

I discovered Trilogy 3 years ago and it was life changing. I was overweight, in constant pain and hadn't exercised in years. That all changed with the help of all of the wonderful people at Trilogy. The atmosphere is supportive and encouraging. I love Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Kickboxing. The instructors adapted the workout to my fitness level. I was always encouraged. Love this studio. Pros: Welcoming Fun atmosphere more

Power Pilates helped me to lose weight and gain strength! 4/8/2009

I started going to Trilogy Movement Studio about three years ago when I was going through a life transition. I was amazed how quickly my body started changing in just a few weeks of doing Pilates. You hear stars in Hollywood say they lost weight by Pilates and Yoga and people don't believe it, but if you actually do those types of exercises with trained professionals, then it is easy to believe because it really works. For me, the key to a successful program is getting there. The trained instructors at Trilogy make me want to go to the studio. It's a bright, positive atmosphere with high energy and proven results! I love it. Pros: Professional, certified instructors & positive atmosphere! Cons: not open 24/7, but almost! more

Great Gym 4/8/2009

I have attended trilogy for a year and absolutely love it! i love the people that work there and the welcoming atmosphere they have. I have attended kickboxing multiple times and love it. They teach to fit everyone's level. I would recommend Trilogy to everyone. It is very unique!! Pros: Very pleasant, up beat, knowledgable instructors Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Great place to get in shape for summer 4/8/2009

I have tried many gyms and studios in the area and have never been able to stick to any of them for more than a couple of months. I've been going to Trilogy for over 2 years now for pilates and since last year for kickboxing. When I can't get there, I really miss it! Natalie, the owner and primary instructor, is very supportive, extremely knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. The time flies by and I feel great afterwards. Plus she pays very careful attention to your body, recognizes when you're having a problem in a specific area, and carefully works on a correction with you. I was a little reluctant to start kickboxing last year, but I've found it to be an excellent cardio workout with friendly instructors. These professional fighters are totally non-intimidating to the students. I try to get to Trilogy 6 time a week (3 for pilates, 3 for kickboxing) when my work and travel schedules allow. I feel stronger and more in touch with my body than ever before and I'm having fun at the same time. Pros: Relaxed, supportive environment; friendly staff Cons: Can't think of any! more

Great $5 Yoga! 4/8/2009

Trilogy yoga has sparked my interest in yoga over the past year. It is close, convenient, and high quality. The instructors work to meet the needs of novices and advanced students alike. Thumbs up! Pros: Good quality, inexpensive yoga classes Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Great Studio, Lots of variety 4/7/2009

I have been going to Trilogy for over a year now and have had a super experience. I have attended multiple types of classes, mat work, reformer, and kick boxing. In all cases, the instructors have always gone out of their way to make sure I have the best experience possible. I have done reformer and mat work before, but I feel like I have made the most progress at Trilogy. As for the kick boxing, I was hesitant but the instructors made me feel comfortable and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend Trilogy to my friends. Pros: Knowledgeable Instructors more

Bad energy-bad business 1/11/2009

This place has bad energy. I had a terrible experience and I think the instructors lacked the passion and ability to guide you properly through the practice. They were rude and snotty. I would also urge others to be leery of any type of training or certifications they might offer or push on you. Save yourself the grief of the experience of this studio. more
