while a patient at samaritan hospital in ashland, from 11/29/2010-12/02/2010, my mother was verbally and physically abused by dr james h mooney and dr william popovich. danny boggs(ceo) and phil myers(vp medical affairs) both ignored the complaint and treatment she suffered. all state agencies have ignored it as well. google james h mooney and you can read the entire incident. also google the ""the joint commission is a joke by alicia cole"" and ""osmb, patient safey"" and you will see that doctors and hospitals are not accountable for their actions---in short--be very careful choosing both more
