Andrew the owner came out to my house, and did a great job. He was really friendly, and worked quickly! I found triangle legacy from a Groupon deal several months back and was in need of carpet cleaning. We constantly have tons of people over and we have a huge, open living room, where people generally sit on our off-white carpet. I was a little nervous it wouldn't come clean, but the carpet looked great! I highly recommend the service for anyone who is looking in the area. more

DO NOT USE THEM. I called their service 8 times to schedule. Took off work to wait. They called at the time they were to be at my house and said the truck broke down, and they would call me the next day. No Call. I called the answering service 8 more times. When I said I'd escalate (I had been very nice on all calls), I got a return call. I was told they would work with my schedule, as I'd taken off work already. They were to come Saturday, and I stayed home. No call and no one called. I've called 2 more times without response (a total of 18 calls). The two times I talked to someone I was told: our phone service was down; they were dailing the wrong number (I'd left my number 8 times that round). I'd rather be told they couldn't come than have two days away from work taken. I was polite, nice, and still received no service at all.\r more

The answering service only takes messages and sends them to the company - so they can't take appointments or give you information. \r \r Three days later someone called to take my appointment request. 2 to 4 on Thursday. I arranged the afternoon off from work, and spent time moving all my furniture. And guess what - they never showed up! I called the company four times, and always got the answering service. The company never bothered to return a single call. Now I'm out half a vacation day for nothing.\r \r I have never experienced such poor customer service or such blatant disregard for others' time. Stay away from Triangle Legacy Enterprises. more

Triangle Legacy did a good job cleaning our carpets a few months ago, so we called them back to do some pressure washing. He was prompt and friendly, and took the time to get the house really clean. It looks like we got new siding! I highly recommend them. more

Great Carpet Cleaners 6/5/2012

Triangle Legacy came out to clean my carpets in Raleigh and they did a great job. I had a few stains that were pretty well set but they were able to get them out with a little extra effort. Thanks Triangle Legacy. I appreciate the hard work. more

Raleigh Carpet Cleaning Expert 5/30/2012

We called Triangle Legacy to come and clean our carpets last month. They were on time, were very courteous and were very thorough.\r \r I was impressed with how they seemed to really want to do a great job. They made sure an old spot I had for a while was completely gone!\r \r They told me about the other services they offer, so I had them come out to power wash the concrete in my backyard. Again they were prompt, thorough and their rates were reasonable.\r \r I recommend them to anyone in the Raleigh Durham area for carpet cleaning and power washing. It looks like they do a lot more too. more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE 4/27/2012

We thought this company was a reputable one. When we purchased 2 hours of handyman services, we expected a knowledgable person who knew how to hang paintings, framed pictures, curtain rods. Well, we were completely and 100% dissatisfied with the employee that showed up!\r \r This 'handyman' could not take direction and didn't understand any of the measurements that were given to him. Case in point: my husband directed said 'handyman' to hang a particular framed picture 9inches from the top of the door frame while centering it on the wall. It ended up being hung 9inches from our ceiling! Really!!?? We have 9 foot ceilings...and that was not the only case! We now have several holes in 4 of the rooms that should not be there...because he didn't know what he was doing!\r \r Now this means we have to pay additional $$ to get the holes/drywall repaired and still need to have someone come over to hang the items.\r \r WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HANDYMAN SERVICES! more

Great Carpet Cleaners 4/19/2012

I have two dogs and a cat, so my carpets get really dirty even with regular vacuuming. Triangle Legacy did a great job cleaning my carpets, they were professional, courteous and on time. I would definitely use them again. more

Great Job 3/13/2012

I found triangle legacy from a livingsocial deal several months back and was in need of carpet cleaning. I have a pet, so the carpet really needed it. Now it's like brand new. Also, Andrew, who owns the company and did the cleaning, is very friendly and polite and a great guy to talk to. I highly recommend the service for anyone who is looking in the area. more

Worst carpet cleaning ever 1/19/2012

We took advantage of a daily coupon deal for the carpet cleaning service in Oct. I think gentlemen who provided the service runs the whole show (e.g. 1 man band). He was very polite & nice to deal with. But the results of our carpet cleaning stunk. He could not get our berber clean. Granted it was in bad shape (dogs), but other cleaners in the past got 'em clean. He came back out quickly to try & fix it, but the carpets still didn't look clean. Very disappointing. Will not use TLE again. He has many other services, those may be fine. more

Didn't show. Three times. 11/18/2011

There's the whole fool-me-once thing that stops at two. Triangle Legacy fooled me three times, scheduling and failing to show each time without contacting me in anyway. I don't know what that says about me. Only many attempts to contact them after each missed meeting, followed by a request for a refund, got a callback. That includes today, when the proprietor actually tried to get a fourth meeting scheduled in order to avoid a refund. Luckily (I guess), this was a pre-purchased Living Social deal. Because I documented my attempts to contact Triangle Legacy, they did refund my voucher in full. They had offered to refund the purchase price plus $10 if I would accept credit with Living Social, but I think I did learn my lesson about paying for services in advance. Horrible lack of professional communication and follow-through from Triangle Legacy. more
