Not so Bad. 6/4/2011

My first time visiting this salon and it seemed ok. Staff was knowledgeable about my hair type and the cut was great. I also found the spa area to be very relaxing and I left feeling very refreshed. May be a bit pricey but worth it to pamper yourself ! more

Awful Is Right 4/6/2011

Bumble and Bumble? Big deal, it made no difference in the quality of the work. This is by far NOT a touch of NYC. The place is dim and grungy and it looks dirty, nothing like what you see in the pictures and videos. The stylists looked like they just rolled out of bed (it was 4 pm Friday night). Messy clothes, no makeup and just as messy hair on all of them. This should have been my red flag. I want my salon stylists to look professional with up to the minute hairstyles not my grandma's bun. There were 3 of us and not one walked out happily with the cuts we requested. I even had pictures and the cut I got was completely the opposite of what I wanted. None of us will go back and I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. more

OMG Awful....Do nt go there for color if you want blonde 4/11/2009

I find it difficult to get a good anything in southern NJ....I will never try again. I am a blonde and took in picutres of blonde on blonde color and came out with oragne roots and brass bvrown with a few highlights....Then the women hacked my hair like 1980... Cons: no talent more

Upscale Pampering in small town! 9/12/2008

I've been to some of the best Las Vegas & New York City salons and Tres Chic is even better! The decor is beautiful, the staff is very talented and the service is fantastic from the moment you walk through the door until you walk out looking and feeling better than ever! This beautiful place is located in a small town on the Jersey Shore but, once inside, you instantly feel as if you are in another world! Pros: Outstanding skills, Ambience, Friendly, Service more

Best experience at a salon I ever had 9/4/2008

I went to get color correction and a haircut last night and it was great. It was the best haircut I have ever had. The staff there was very friendly and very helpful. My color came out perfect too. I will definately go back for my next haircut. The place is very clean and inviting. They even offered me a drink! Pros: Evening appointments, service, actually everything was perfect! more
