Treasure Trunk of Birmingham 8/27/2008

I found the experience exhilarating. The prices are not steep--the clothing is up-to-date, and the items don't appear to be ragged out and exceptionally trendy. They have great purses, jewelry and shoes, and the sales people are very friendly and quite helpful. I consider myself quite stylish, without being over the top. If you're a party girl, chances are you may not be satisfied, but it you're a career woman looking to expand her wardrobe with great finds, I guarantee your satisfaction. more

It's overated 7/29/2008

if by desingers they mean old ladies suits from late 80's to early/mid 90's then this is your store. They had a very small selection of shoes but they were all pretty good. The store is clean and organized and they do have some good clothing for people in the age group of 20-27. However, I don't think i would make a trip to birmingham to just visit the store, if i was there already i might drop in again more

Recently I was in Birmingham, my old home town, from California.I happened upon the Treasure Trunk. I was pleasantly surprised. ALL of the clothes were impeccable and very interesting. The variety of clothing and sizes offered were impressive. I also found the staff friendly and helpful to work with. They even had a clean bathroom for the customers! I regret not living closer to Michigan for many reasons, but I just added another to my list..The treasure Trunk. It will be the first place i go next time I am in town. It was the Village Store, Jacobson's and Kay Baum's all rolled into one.\r Jill Harcke more

Many Designer Duds 4/6/2006

This is a great resale shop with a lot of designer pieces. I have found many great things at this shop. They do have really nice business attire and dresses. The staff is friendly. more

Nice quality, okay prices 11/3/2005

They have nice quality second hand clothing. Great place for professional work suit, dresses and jeans and t shirts. Their prices are a bit high, though they do have a very good clearance rack. They also have a nice selection of handbags and shoes. I have also taken stuff there to resell and have made some decent money. They are also very friendly there, I would definatley reccomend them. more

Designer Resale Store 6/28/2005

Very nice resale store with mainly designer merchandise. Clothing is inexpensive for the quality but it is still slighty expensive for a resale store.It does have nice clean merchandise. PROS: Clean, designer merchandise CONS: A bit expensive for a resale store more
