Travel Visa Pro

After attempting to process visas to China myself, I was so pleased to have the folks at Travel Visa Pro do it for me. Their fee was super reasonable and well-worth the hassles of driving into the City (I live 2 hrs away), parking (ugh!), and waiting in line after line to get it done. They kept in contact with me as they went through each step and I sure appreciated that, too. Thank you, guys! I will sure call you again when I need visas or passport stuff in the future! Don't use Travel Visa Pro. I had the worst experience possible and I hope you do not have to go through it too. In a nutshell. My trip fell through I lost my money and worst than that I went through a horendous experience with Travel Visa Pro. I will spell out all the details in a future update but Travel Visa was the most unhelpful terrible, scary service I ever used. Even a place where I thought had suggested it made mention of possible problems. I should have heeded the message. Why bad service? 1) Was left out in the cold. Kest and people like Anton made me feel as though they didn't have to do anything to help me and my time was running out. 2) I had to do everything and they kept giving me negative talk where they should have been helping me. Very unsupportive. I knew I was in the wrong place. It was already too late. 3) Never felt so much uncaring and unconcern. Became afraid to call them and told the San Francisco Passport agency in California. I had to go directly to State Department to get things moving. There is so so much more. I will update. PLease save yourself a big terrible experience and go else where for pass port service. Pros: I looked like it would be a good service. Cons: Went to the worst experience possible. more

I've been travelling around southeast Asia for the last 6 months, and in preparation for this trip, have used Travel Visa Pro twice for their visa services for 3 different countries. They were accommodating, friendly, and courteous, and they processed our visas before the date promised - one of them was done in 24 hours! This is the first time I've ever had to get visas prior to entry, so this was all new to me. They made it easy and very comfortable. Handing over you passport is not something to take lightly, and they were very trustworthy. The missing star is for missing documentation of an ongoing flight that was booked in order to process the Philippines visa. We had to book flights at the airport before boarding the plane, and then cancel them - because they needed printed proof before issuing our outgoing tickets. It was quite a hassle, and having proof of the flights used initially in order to process the visa would have been ideal. If you think you'll need proof of ongoing flights, ask for the printed copies of these tickets. This may have been an anomaly with Philippine Airlines, who seemed to be very difficult to deal with. Regardless, I would go back to Travel Visa Pro any day for visas, and would confidently recommend them to my friends and family. more

I was hesitant to mail off my passport to a business I did not know. After reading the reviews on this website, I decided to use Travel Visa Pro. I live in Sacramento so driving to SF to apply for a visa would be a big hassle. I wanted to use a Visa processing firm located in Northern California. I have used TVP twice for visas to China and the service has been perfect! The fee is quite reasonable. The fee is much less than it would cost me for gas, parking, and my time off work, not to mention the "joy" of navigating in SF. I highly recommend Travel Visa Pro!! This is THE BEST visa service I have seen to date. Extremely friendly and fast. I had them get me a visa to Brazil on a budget , it cost me 189$ total and it was back within 10 days. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. more

I live in upstate NY. I sent my passport to this service at 2 pm on a Tuesday. I had the passport with appropriate visa back in my possession by Thursday!!!! That is more than 3000 miles in each direction plus visa processing times, etc. I mean, I still can't believe it. It doesn't seem humanly/physically possible!! These guys are great and it is a phenomenal service. This is the only company I will ever use again!! more

I just returned from and incredible trip to Moscow. This was my first trip to Russia and after one failed attempt at getting my visa on my own, I was fortunate enough to find Travel Visa Pro. They helped me get my visa in the knick of time. They were upfront about the amount of time that was needed and when it to be back in my hands as well as the cost of their services. They made the process clear and were extremely patient with all my questions and concerns.
