Admittedly, I didn't get a full meal, just some garlic bread and desserts because it was 1am and I /wanted/ them, but everything was delicious and very prompt. And don't forget delicious. more

Super tasty chocolate mousse! The delivery arrived in less than 30 minutes (greenlake) and the kind delivery driver waited around over 5 minutes until I actually got to my phone to let him know my apartment number. Good guy, great food, nice experience. Thanks! more

My friend and I ordered three desserts for delivery. One dessert was the wrong item, all three were frozen, and the mousse cake was dried out on one side. When I called to complain first she said it was the right order, then she realized it they did get one wrong. There was no apology and she simply offered to give me credit for the one piece of incorrect cake. She said they always serve them that cold (the cheesecake we didn't order was literally frozen!) and she's never had a complaint. She was quite rude! Well - she has a complaint now! more

Delivery time was quoted at 45-60 mins, had to call Eat24 customer service to prompt the delivery, which ended up being 75 mins. Food was okay, cheese bread got smashed and ruined, but mac and cheese was tasty. Overall, okay if you aren't super hungry or have anywhere to go. more

The worst customer service EVER by manager. 10/13/2009

I have been ordering from here for the last year and they have great food but that does not make up for the managers attitude. They stopped serving one of my appetizers so I asked for the salad that is similar with a side of pita and he refused to sell me a side of pita bread. I have consistently ordered $70-100 a month from there and he can't get me a side of pita??? Please. Never again will I order from there. Pros: Great Food Cons: RUDE MANAGER more

I ordered the lasagna, garlic bread, and caesar salad. It was very good, but I like my garlic bread a little crunchier, with some herb butter. Toscana's on Captiol Hill is much better. more

Excellent Pizza, Nice dinning room and fast delivery 9/5/2006

The pizza that I had at Trattoria Roma a couple of days ago was amazing. They really know how to make pizzas and other italian specialties like pastas and even sandwiches. I order from them more than 3 times a week... and sometimes dine in. Strongly recommended to visit and order from home. more

Best pizza and pasta in town 9/5/2006

I went to Trattoria Roma a few days ago with some friends that live in the neighbourhood. We had a couple of pastas Linguini Di Zucha and Baked spagehetti also we had a Large Appenina + half proshutto, mushrooms and calamata olives. Both the pizza and the pasta were fabulous. I do not remember having anything like that in Seattle for years. The service was very good also. Check it out - highly recommended. more

the best hot sandwiches and calzones ever! 9/4/2006

Awesome little place! The food and service are great. My husband and I were never rushed after we finished our meals and the chef completed all of our requests! You should also definitely try their Italian wine and beer. more

My boyfriend and I ate here this weekend - the place is nice and our food was great. We love thin crust pizza - this is the best we've had since moving to Seattle. I would definetly recommend it! Pros: great food, easy parking, good prices more
