Just like the other bad review, they don't answer there phone. When we did speak with them I tried to explain that I needed to reschedule for another time because I broke my arm! They just didn't care and said that we could give it to someone else... but no refunds. I spoke with the owner and he was very rude and said the same thing they didn't care. I was really looking forward to this. Thanks for nothing you horrible company! more

I bought a gift certificate to give as a gift to my daughter. She called several times to make an appointment, and never got a person on the phone. Left messages, and no one called back until the certificate had expired (no mention of expiration date when we purchased the gift). When we finally got in touch with them, they did not honor the certificate, saying that's why they have expiration dates. Worst gift ever. more

I just went to my first 2-hour trapeze class night, and it was awesome! All the instructors were great - very helpful, patient, and reassuring. Flying through the air is an amazing feeling. Swinging upside down just by your legs gives you a real big rush. And at the end of the class when you actually get to fly from one swing to another in mid-air, it's like nothing I could have imagined. Pros: Like nothing I've ever felt before Cons: I'm sore today, but even that feels okay more

Hello Out There! more

I have gone to trapeze austin a couple of times now and can't wait until I can go back. It is such an exhilirating experience to actually fly through the air. The classes offer something different each time you go so repeat visitors will continue to learn new things. By the end of the class, you actually get to make a transfer to a catcher, which provides such a sense of ""I can do anything!"" Definitley recommended!!! What a great time! I went the first time, and the staff and other class members were so great, that I wanted to keep coming back. They're great teachers, and will make sure you have the best experience every time you come. Each class is more fun than the last, and I met the best people here. Definitely worth the time and money. Every once in awhile everyone should do something a little out of the box, it is so freeing to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and succeed. For me and my son Trapeze Austin has been awesome. When my son started taking trapeze lessons in 3rd grade his grades popped up 3-5 points across the board. It was huge in building his self confidence which translated directly to better grades in school, he just walked taller. For me it was a bit like the ballet dancing elephants in pick tutus in the old Fantasia movie, there I was doing something nobody including myself thought I could possibly do and I was having a kicking good time doing it. Trapeze is simply awesome! more

I was visiting my friend in Austin for her birthday and we wanted to try something a little different. We really lucked out! I found this class randomly online and we decided to give it a try on a Saturday afternoon. I am pretty uncomfortable with heights, but felt totally safe with the harness and net. The instructors were awesome! There were only 5 of us in the class and 4 instructors, all of them were so pumped and positive and helpful, and really clear with their instructions. All you have to do is listen, and ANYONE could do this. At the end of the class when you do the 'trick' where one of the instructors catches you, it is so gratifying! Sure, jumping off of the platform is scary, but I would totally recommend this experience! Oh and when you go, tell Russell I said hi :) yum! Pros: everything Cons: a little rough on your hands more
