My advice would be to look at the other reviews. How this woman can say she is a lawyer absolutely sickens me. After being sent bill upon bill (when I checked the itemization I discovered she was actually charging me for her providing counsel to the other party!) for services she didn't even provide, non-appearances on important court dates (with failure to inform me she wouldn't be there, I had to be told by the judge's assistant!) I had enough...not before she had submitted a withdrawal of counsel without telling me (her thuggish way of trying to taint my character because I complained about her lack of service). Appalling, I've reported her to the Florida bar so hopefully no-one else has to go through the same dreadful experience. more

My experience with Tracey Carlisle was very hurtful and disappointing. I have never delt with a so called professional person, that could be so rude, uncaring and with no compassion. If you want an Attorney to stand-up for you and fight for you in court, it will not and never will be Tracey Carlisle. Not to mention, after all of that, to bill you for her services that were done , not by her, but by someone else more

The office NEVER returns any phone calls that are made. The only time you can get an update on anything is having to constantly call and nag for something to get done. Get a return call from the attorney...yeah right...only time you ever hear from her is on mediation or court days unless you actually demand and schedule an appointment. Money that you pay for your court/mediation...she neglects to submit payment to the clerk for these in a timely matter so it makes either you or your attorney and/or both look irresponsible...and I'm not just talking a week or two...we're talking months of not submitting payments you make to her which should be in turn paid to the court. Oh but don't worry...she has no problem with submitting an outlandish bill to you despite her lack of responsiveness and keeping her clients informed and up to speed on her cases. Has potential but has become complacent in her career and hopefully she finds the passion and drive in her career to care more for her clients and the job or finds a new career altogether. Until then...look elsewhere for an attorney for your needs. Unfortunately. more

I have been attempting to communicate with the personel at Mrs. Carlisle's office for several weeks. I rarely get a return call, and when I do it is several days later and the call is made without preparation for the request/topic left in the message. The staff is immensely unprofessional and rude. In particular, an individual named Heather, who has an overwhelmingly sarcastic tone and has actually hung the phone up on me despite my continued patience. I have never spoken rudely nor have I expressed my frustration with their blatant lack of professionalism. Obviously, this office does not value their clients or anyone else attempting to communicate with them. I would NEVER recommend this attorney to anyone, regardless of credentials, simply because they are difficult to deal with and are not in the least bit efficient. Good luck with anyone who hires them. more
