I knew what I wanted when I went in. They showed me the car and took a couple test drives. They explained the different features in the car. We had to wait a little long for the Finance person. But overall was a good experience. more

Service Repair Experience 11/7/2015

I am really happy about how the service at the Toyota of Huntington Beach. The service advisor, John Appel, takes great care of us and has been our service advisor for years. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I needed a ride back to the service dealer because my ride suddenly had a broken down car, and he made sure that I had a ride back to the service dealer to be able to pick up my car when it was ready. more

When I first arrived I was ignored for the most part with no one even acknowledging me at the service line for a good 10 minutes. But everything after that was fine. They provided me with a rental and completed the work in a timely manner. Big thanks to the dealership. I will probably be back. more

Fantastic service from everyone. Scott did a great job of making me feel welcome and thoroughly answering any vehicle related questions I had. Minh (spelling may be off) was very thorough in explaining and completing all of the necessary documents. Mr. Miller is a class act and it reflects in his team. I could tell that they have alot of respect for him and don't want to let him down. I will absolutely recommend you to everyone. Thank you very much. more

20k miles service 11/6/2015

The engine filter and cabin filter were dirty and service adviser said "it's not need to replace until 30k miles". I end up bought them from parts Dept and replace myself. more

Car Service for 12,000 mi 11/6/2015

Mr. Munoz was just so professional-Hellped me solve the poor air in the cabin, fix radio channels, and mentioned tires which I had notice the week before looking a little worn so it was great to have his confirmation without telling him about it. more
