Omar is great! He had my vehicle in and out quickly. John the technician was very good, he checked and fixed all of my issues. I have 110,000 miles and I'm sure with Toyota of Huntington Beach and their award winning service department, I will get many more happy miles! Thanks Toyota of HB!! more

Writing a perceived wrong 11/18/2015

The Service Manager Mike didn't take my concerns about my tire issues lightly. A manager with convictions about the quality/consistency of his staffs work who was willing to compromise his position to provide a fair/reasonable resolution. The customer, a priority to HB Toyota, keeps us driving 20 minutes for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance. more
