The customer service from my service advisor was wonderful but I spent $1300 and definitely expected that my car would be washed when I picked it up. I worked at a Toyota dealership some years ago and the car wash was standard operating procedure when a customer spent over a certain dollar amount. Also, I had to wait for over 20 minutes for an Enterprise associate, which is probably a separate issue, but seeing as how they have a partnership, I thought it was still relevant. Overall, great service and my car runs great, but please give it a little extra pick me up when I put over a thousand dollars into it!
