Bob Bridge/Toyota of Renton Stinks !\r They wanted $800.00 more than Burien, or Rodland Toyota to install a timing belt, water-pump and seals. And because I purchased these parts from them a year ago they would not warranty or guarantee the parts or their service. And to top it off the Toyota service manual does not say a supercharged truck requires an extra two hours labor than a naturally aspirated model.\r \r Again lies, and as mentioned earlier they are not able to think outside of a box, and only see the customer as a cash cow who is somewhat stupid and a true believer. Mario is right, Sean Densmore openly stated this organization probably knows that I make more money than they do. Talk about an idiot who's strong point is being obnoxious, and is over opinionated to top it off!\r Personally indemnifying remarks should not be allowed to escalate an individuals trust, fidelity, nor pocket book. And oh I guess I forgot to add, I had been a faithful customer at this business for more than eleven years . . . . . . more

Friendly, patient but DISHONEST. They treat women different than they treat men. For example, my toyota had a 3 year warranty and nothing was indicated of being wrong with my vehicle during those times. The visit after my warranty was over I had a mile long list of things that needs repair with my car. Recently, my brakes needs changing but I wasn't sure what it was. Brought it to Bob Bridge for oil change and asked about the noise my vehicle is making. Instead of telling me to getting new brakes they asked me to pay $175.00 for diagnostic. I called another mechanic and was told over the phone that all I need is to get new brakes for $159.95! I inquired about getting new brakes and they want $275. My brother brought his car in and was told immediately the problem with his vehicle without paying for a diagnostic. more

\r My wife and I bought a 2011 Toyota 4Runner at Bridge Toyota, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I worked with John in the Internet Sales Department the week before, and he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. When we got there the vehicle was ready to go and all the paperwork just took a few minutes. Ron the Business Manager was extremely professional and efficient. My wife and I both remarked about how much we enjoyed buying our new car. We look forward to using their service department as well when the need arises. We will definitely be purchasing our next car from Bridge Toyota and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car. more

Best Ever?? Courtesy, patience, compassion and a great vehicle. There's no such thing as ""walk in, buy a car, and walk out"". It takes time, but everyone there knows it - and tries to make it better. Lots of families, free food on Saturday, shuttles to work during the week, and watch tv on the big screen. Awesome. I totally loved everything!! Everyone was very friendly and informative. My two sales representatives Jackson and Franklin were great made me feel at ease and sure about what I was doing. They answered all my questions and help with any concern that I might of have. I have already told 3 friends about your dealership and they promise to go see you guys in the next couple of weeks. I had gone to other dealers before going to Bob Bridge Toyota and let me tell you something, you have a staff you should be very proud of, and they know what customer service is all about. If I decide in the future to continue leasing or to even purchase you are the ones that I will go to. Thank You so much for the experience it was great more

Highly recommended 11/7/2010

Called and spoke to a sales person regarding a sale another dealership was having. Salesperson was very helpful and invited us to the dealership. We test drove a new rav4 and I indicated that we're ready to buy but needed a significant discount or we were planning to buy used. The salesperson said to leave it with him. After a few days the salesperson followed up on a few items and then called me a week later and indicated they were having a doorcrasher sale where 2 vehicles were available at a signficant discount. The sales person was able to help us buy the right vehicle at the right price.. very happy. The finance person was also very helpful and didn't push anything on us. great overall experience and highly recommended. more

Ordered a Sienna 11/1/2010

Came into Bob Bridge to find out about the new 2011 Minivan. As I walked in I was gently greeted and asked if I needed any help, instead of being bombarded by salesmen. Grabbed a couple pamphlets and sat down at a table, after browsing through I found a van I wanted to see if they had. They got a salesman to look and see if they had the van I wanted. They did not end up having the color I wanted but they did have the model. So I took it for a test drive it drove great. Now I was set on a car they did not have. So I ended up ordering the Minivan of my dreams with the color I wanted. Long story short I just went back to see my vehicle that I purchased 6 wks. ago, and it was just like I had wanted. Bob Bridge Toyota did a wonderful job on my minivan. I am now a happy owner of 2011 Sienna fully loaded from Bob Bridge Toyota more

Bob Bridge Toyota has been great from the first time I came into the dealership. They are a very organized dealership, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all happy. It is great to do business with a company that?s well put together. I bought a new Toyota SUV, and at first I was unsure if it was what I wanted. I went back to the dealership and they were very nice about it, I test drove a couple different vehicles. They gave me the options to change out if I wanted to because it was 1 ? days later. I didn?t end up changing out vehicles but I thought I should let everyone know that at Bob Bridge Toyota they just want you to be happy with your purchase which is rare now a days. Thanks for being such a ?stand up ? dealership! more

scion TC 2010 10/27/2010

I finally got my white Scion TC 2010. When I first saw this car back in 2005 I knew that I wanted it I just couldn?t afford it at that time. So I had to wait till now which I am glad it worked out that way. I originally went on to a Toyota website and built it from scratch which was a fun experience. When I figured out exactly what options I wanted I went on local dealership websites and emailed quotes with the exact options I wanted only three of them even had it in all of Washington!!!!! I called and spoke with a few people from each dealership one had my direct attention. Bob Bridge Toyota they had the car the color and a great price. Set up an apt. and am now driving my 2010 Scion TC. Thanks all of Bob Bridge more

Lease 10/25/2010

I had a lease and it was a Camry red in color, I absolutely loved it. My lease was almost up and I kept getting papers in the mail from the manufacturer stating that it was time to turn it in. I didn’t know what I should do as far as a new car. So I went into a dealership by my house, and just wanted some questions answered about the process. Even though I did not lease it from this dealership they sure did answer all my questions even got me out of my lease and into payments that were less than my lease and on the same Camry. Bob Bridge Toyota is on my good list, and I will bring my Camry here for service. Thanks for helping me. I choose Bob Bridge Toyota, you should too more

4th child with Bob Bridge 10/23/2010

This was our 3rd lease from Bob Bridge Toyota, and like usual it was as smooth as ever. Our lease on our Camry was not up for another 6 months, but our daughter was off to college and was in need of a compact AWD vehicle. We gave him a call and made an apt to visit him. Long story short, they took care of our remaining payments and leased us a cute white Matrix AWD that our baby loves! Our payments are even lower than they were for our Camry. We will be in the market for Sienna soon as we are expecting our 4th child and you better believe that Bob Bridge Toyota will be the place of choice. more

Pleased with Bob Bridge 10/19/2010

When I visit Bob Bridge Toyota I know they are going to be friendly and willing to help me out. They are always very fair in pricing (I call around before every service visit), and when I need work done such as brakes or tires they give me all my options. I feel understood as a consumer who doesn't know a lot about cars. Also, when something that needs repairs and it qualifies for warranty- they simply charge it to Toyota. How great is that? Not to neglect the sales team... they are very informed about all their vehicles, and are very patient. When I bought my second car from them it took 4 hours, because I really wasn't sure what I wanted. We went on many test drives and visited their used car lot to make sure I really felt comfortable in the vehicle I bought. I imagine the salesman didn't want to spend 4 hours on 1 car, but I never felt pressured or the salesmen feeling irritated. Bravo Bob Bridge more

I came to Bob Bridge Toyota because it's close to my house and I was window shopping for a new vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick. He was very nice, and he was very smart with the Toyota Brand. Every question I asked was answered without hesitation. I ended up buying because it was a no pressure at ease dealership... Love my new Toyota! 9/20/2010

We live in Renton- like to deal locally. I?ve admired the RAV since the first one came out. There was a nice assortment of cars/ models to choose from the salesmen are/were very courteous and left us willing to come back. The car is comfortable for both of us. The allowed us to take the car home to make sure it would fit in our small garage. Told us to take our time and make sure it?s the right vehicle. Have a little concern on the time it took to get to the bottom line, but otherwise great experience overall. Yoshi thanks again! more

Don't Use Bob Bridge Toyota Renton 9/10/2009

We all know that dealership repairs are slightly more expensive but if you go, it is to get the most premium service. But not Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota. Bob Bridge Toyota does not employ service people who think out of the box, or that will go the extra mile. Don't go there, go to someone you can trust and rely on. Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota would not allow a thorough inspection of why my 2 year old Toyota Camry was using up all its oil well in advance of the regular oil change time frame. He had absolutely no customer service skills and not at all accommodating. From check-in to check-out he did not provide any options, did not seem empathetic to my situation, did not offer any other remedies they could take to investigate why my oil keeps running low. He's a man that reads you the guideline of what it says in the Toyota repair manual and has the ?that?s your tough luck? attitude. AND my vehicle is still under warranty. So I definitely will be going else where. I feel sad for them. Pros: Won't fix your car! Cons: Won't think out the box to help! more
