I've lived here for 5 yrs. There has been a few problems, but that is par for the course. Things break and need repairing. Maintenance has always been good at taking care of the issues. The staff treat me like family. more

This is my second year in this apartment. I really like the location, so close to everything ( lots of places close by to eat, shop and close to freeways). I also like that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. more

Wow, I just love living here. The staff are very friendly and I really appreciate the fact that that the courtesy patrol person is a real police officer. It makes me feel very safe. The whole move in process was a breeze even though I didn't have the best of credit. I also was permitted to bring my golden lab, Buddy. Some complexes dont' allow large pets. So far so good and I recommend this place to everyone I meet more

Just move here from Michigan. People, this place is HOT!! My hubby and I rented our apt at Towne Square sight unseen, with only the internet as our guide. We are pleasantly surprised to find that the property looks like the pics that we saw. Our apt was newly painted, clean and the carpet was in good condition upon our arrival. Kudos to the Towne Square staff for making was could have been a very stressful move very smooth instead! We love it here and would recommend it to those moving from out of state. more

I have lived in many apartments through out the US and this is one of the worst. When I moved in the place was filthy. The bathrooms looked like they had never been cleaned and the carpet was crunchy from soap being left on them. A month later I received a bill for money I did not owe, and had to fight them on that. Then the first month I lived their the AC would not work. I received the run around from the office, who had no clue what was going on. Then they tried to tow my car, because their staff is uninformed as to what is considered a registered vehicle in the state of AZ. They go on the word of the tow truck drivers they hire. Then I receive a notice stating I can not have a grill on my patio. When I called about this, I was told over and over again that it was in my lease. I told them it was not and all they would say was yes it was. Then I got a goverment agency involved, and then all of a sudden they can read, and realize it is not stated in my lease.
