Towne Bowling Academy Inc

I recently played Rock N Bowl at your establishment and my little brother won a free coupon. The coupon stated that it was good for one on Friday or Saturday. Tonight Friday November 9, 2012 at 9:45 Pm I arrived at your establishment and presented the coupon to the gentleman that was at the front desk. To my surprise I was informed that the coupon was no longer valid, and ""the printing of the coupon was a mistake."" to keep the story short I was told that Towne Bowling Academy would not value the coupon, even after the supervisor was called about this issue. I have my bank statement that proves that I was at this establishment no more that two weeks ago. I find it apauling that a seemingly respectable establishment such as yours would not honor their word and printing. I really wish you the best of luck but my business is one that you will never receive again. more

This past weekend a group of 9 went to Rock N Bowl at Towne Bowling Academy. This was the worse experience. The DJ was trying to get all adults drunk by offering them shots for each Strike they made. The music was not suitable for anyone under 17 yrs old. We were there about an hour when our lane was jammed. We waited for 30 minutes for them to fix it however this was never done nor were we offered an reimbursement for this. We were not offered a discount nor the option to move to a different lane while they fixed the lane we were on. We were all very disappointed in this bowling venue. This location is the most expensive around the area, the food was terrible and the entire staff were rude and unfriendly. more
