Kudos to Carl at the service department for an efficient, friendly and fast service experience. Even that I was late almost an hour due to unforeseen circumstances, he took care of my vehicle right away and had it fixed in just over an hour. Thanks Carl ! more

I walked in very aggravated that the BMW roadside assistance told me they could not get me a tow and to call back in the AM. I was in a huge hurry, told the gentleman my dissatisfaction with BMW and told him my car was still in my driveway. I had to find my own tow which I did. I had a few issues with my car including a fuel pump. With an extra effort , the gentleman taking care of me found that it was still warranted , called me, apologized for my inconvenience and had the car ready by that evening. He was the entire difference in my experience. more

2005 325i repairS 2/7/2014

I took my car in with many different issues. Bill called me early and explained what the found in initial investigation and associated costs. I decided to have them replace my coolant overflow container (cracked), fix the bad circuit to a rear light/replace the license plate light assembly (related) and plugging lines leading to my broken headlight washer assembly (Bills idea). In addition, he informed me of the reason for a warning light (defective rear brakepad sensor ($75) which I refuse. The care was ready the same day and when I picked it up, Bill went through my Bill (ha ha) and explained everything. In addition, he told me that he went on-line and retrieved a $50 coupon and applied to this bill. This is the reason I get my 9 year old car serviced at Towne BMW. The service is excellent and people like Bill and Adam is the reason why. more
