I walked in very aggravated that the BMW roadside assistance told me they could not get me a tow and to call back in the AM. I was in a huge hurry, told the gentleman my dissatisfaction with BMW and told him my car was still in my driveway. I had to find my own tow which I did. I had a few issues with my car including a fuel pump. With an extra effort , the gentleman taking care of me found that it was still warranted , called me, apologized for my inconvenience and had the car ready by that evening. He was the entire difference in my experience.
