I had shopped at prestige ford and it took me 10 minutes before anyone spoke with me. I had to go toe the receptionist and ask for a salesman before I was greeted by one. It was about 2pm on a Saturday. AJ met me at my car and asked if he could help me at TOWN EAST! I do not like it when 4 or 5 salesmen are gathered outside and all of them fight to get to you. So I think taking turns for ups is a good idea. AK was the only one outside when I arrived. It took a little big to get past the tattoos but it seems all these kids have ones these days. He did a great job and sold me the car I was looking for. Thank you and job well done. more

This dealership is outstanding.I had such a pleasant experience. When I started looking for a car, I looked online. Town east ford had a great website that got me to their dealership. Once I walked into the doors I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Everyone on the staff is great. I was showed a fully stocked inventory. I picked out the car for me and drove it off the lot that night. The financing process was quick and easy. All in all a great experience. more

Great Follow-up 12/13/2010

Rich was my 'go to' guy. He was very professional and helpful. Also, Rich added to the whole experience by giving straight to point instructions and expectations. I loved the email updates. They were handy and gave me a permanent record for my Crusier. more

I only stopped in to take a look at the vehicle, was not expecting to actually get the vehicle that very day. Mr. AJ and Mr. Charley really sold me on the car and made my buy experience a very pleasurable one. Had it not been for these two guys i would not have gotten the car and would probable be shopping around still. These two are a wonderful contributuion to your company. Again, Thanks!!!! more

My finance manager was Don Webb! He?s very patience and respectful who doesn?t talk to you like you?re dumb. He explained everything in details and answered all my questions clearly. It?s my first time buying a car so I had so many concerns yet Don was informative enough that my concerns went away after talking to him! After several hours, I was finally able to purchase my Ford Taurus from them! Thank you so much for your help! more

Outstanding service and super friendly personnel is exactly what I came across at Town East in Mesquite. I would like to begin by thanking Arthur for his hard work as well as the rest of the Town East staff. I would recommend Arthur to everyone that goes there he is the best car salesman I have come across in a good while and this is also the best dealer I have been to.
